المستخلص: أصبح الاهتمام بالشباب وقضاياهم المختلفة من الأمور المهمة المطروحة على المستويين القومي والدولي؛ لكونهم من أهم الفئات العمرية للسكان، وأكثرهم حركة وقدرة على العمل والإنتاج وبالتالي تنمية المجتمعات وبناء الدول. ومن هذا المنطلق تم تسليط الضوء على دراسة التحليل الديموجغرافي لخصائص الشباب في الفئة العمرية (15-34 سنة) في محافظة البحيرة داخل الحضر والريف بمراكزها الإدارية الخمسة عشر خلال الفترة (1986-2022)؛ لكونها محافظة ذات ثقل نسبي للسكان وللشباب على مستوى محافظات الجمهورية، وتناولت الدراسة الخصائص الديموغرافية والاجتماعية والصحية والاقتصادية للشباب، مع عرض لأهم مشكلاتهم من وجهة نظر عينة الدراسة، واستخدمت بعض المناهج ومنها: التاريخي والوصفي والإقليمي والسلوكي، واستعانت ببعض الأساليب ومنها: الكمي والكارتوجرافي، واعتمدت الدراسة بشكل أساسي على بيانات التعدادات السكانية الأربعة الأخيرة لمحافظة البحيرة وللجمهورية مع استكمال بعضها عن طريق الدراسة الميدانية على عينة من شباب مراكز البحيرة عام 2022. وقد توصلت الدراسة لعدد من النتائج ومنها: أن محافظة البحيرة فتية سكانيًا، وأن نسبة النوع لشباب المحافظة متوازنة طبيعيًا لدرجة تقترب من المثالية، وأن الهرم السكاني للشباب أكثر انسجاما واعتدالا للفئات العمرية الأربعة للشباب عام 2017، وارتفاع معدلات الأمية وتدني الخصائص التعليمية لهم، وأن غالبيتهم من المتزوجين رغم ارتفاع متوسط السن عند الزواج الأول، وأن الحالة الصحية للشباب جيدة رغم احتياجها لمزيد من التحسن، وأن غالبيتهم يعملون بأجر نقدي، وانخفاض مشاركة الإناث في قوة العمل، وكشفت الدراسة عن بعض مشكلات الشباب ومنها: البطالة وقلة فرص العمل، وارتفاع أسعار المسكن وتكاليف الزواج والتعليم، وتدني خدمات البنية التحتية المسكن، إضافة إلى الأمية والطلاق. وخرجت الدراسة ببعض التوصيات التي تقدم للسادة المخططين ومتخذي القرار بمحافظة البحيرة بهدف الارتقاء بخصائص الشباب وتقديم بعض الحلول لمشكلاتهم، وهو ما ينعكس حاضرًا ومستقبلًا على تنمية الشباب بالبحيرة ولأسرهم ولبناء وطنهم مصر.

Because youth are one of the most important groups of the population, the most mobile and they are able to work and produce, their related various issues have gain a lot of attention on the national and international levels; consequently, developing societies and building countries. For being a governorate with a relative weight in the population of youth at the level of the Republic, from this prospective, a study of the Demo-Geographic analysis for the characteristics of young people in the age (15-34 years) in Al-Buhaira Governorate, within urban and rural areas, in its fifteen administrative distict during the period (1986-2022) is executed. The study dealt with the demographic, social, health and economic characteristics of youth, focusing on their most important problems from the point of view of the study sample, and used some approaches, including: regional, descriptive, analytical and behavioral. Methods, like: quantitative and cartographic, are also adopted. The study is mainly based on the data of the last four population censuses of the Buhaira governorate and the Republic, and some of them are completed through a field study on a sample from the youth of Buhaira district in 2022. The results of the study included that Al-Buhaira governorate is young in terms of population and that the gender ratio of the governorate's youth is naturally balanced and close to ideal in addition to the population pyramid of youth is more harmonious and moderate for the four groups of youth in 2017. It also indicated the high rates of illiteracy and low educational characteristics. Despite the high average age of the first marriage, the majority of them are married. Despite their need for further improvement their health status is good. Results also showed that most of them work for cash wages, with medium and low incomes, and high rates of unemployment especially females with low participation of youth population. They are suffering from several problems, most notably: unemployment and lack of job opportunities, high housing prices, marriage and education costs, poor housing infrastructure services, in addition to illiteracy and divorce. The study came out with some recommendations that are presented to the planners and decision makers in Buhaira governorate with the aim of improving the characteristics of young people and providing some solutions to their problems, which is reflected in the present and future on the development of Al-Bahrawi youth and their families and the building of their homeland, Egypt.
