المستخلص: يناقش البحث موقف الفكر السياسي النسوي - من خلال ديانا مايرز - من قضايا: الجندر والهجرة، وضحايا النظم السياسية المستبدة، وحقوق الإنسان بصفة عامة؛ فتقوم مايرز بالدفاع عن حقوق المرأة ضد التصورات والأنماط السائدة المتوارثة عنها في المجتمع الذكوري والتي تختزل دورها في الأمومة وخدمات المنزل؛ كما تناولت مفهوم الضحية وأنواعها، وكيف تعمل نشر قصص الضحايا على التغلب على لا مبالاة الجماهير تجاههم وخلق وعي وتعاطف جماعي مع قضاياهم، من أجل تعزيز ثقافة حقوق الإنسان وزيادة الوعي بضرورة ضمان احترام حقوق هؤلاء الضحايا؛ حيث يشرك الضحايا جماهيرهم في علاقة أخلاقية جديدة، ومنح الجماهير دورا أخلاقيا يلعبونه في تعزيز تلك الحقوق والدفاع عنها؛ فضلا عن تحليلها لعوامل الهجرة وحق اللجوء بشكل رسمي من الدول التي تهدر حقوق الإنسان لدول أخرى تحترمها.
