|a تعد الهجرة إحدى الظواهر التي طبعت بقوة حياة المجتمعات المعاصرة، سواء في دول الشمال أو في دول الجنوب، وهي ظاهرة متعددة الأوجه والأبعاد، وتمس مجموعة من المجالات منها ما هو سياسي وأمني، واقتصادي واجتماعي وثقافي وأمام عولمة تدفقات الهجرة في العقود الأخيرة تعددت فئات المهاجرين منهم المقيمون الدائمون والمؤقتون والطلاب الأجانب، أثرت بشكل إيجابي أو سلبي على دول الاستقبال حسب الطبيعة والهدف من الهجرة، ومن بين هؤلاء المهاجرين نجد مغاربة العالم.
