|a ركز البحث على دراسة خدمات الصراف الآلي في مدينة الإسماعيلية من خلال تحديد التوزيع الجغرافي لماكينات الصراف الآلي بالمدينة، ودراسة مؤشرات تقييم كفاءة توزيع تلك الماكينات باستخدام نظم المعلومات الجغرافية، والتحليل المكاني لتوزيعها، ودراسة استخداماتها، وتحديد خصائص المستفيدين من تلك الخدمة من حيث: دراسة معدل التردد، وزمن الوصول، ووسيلة النقل المستخدمة للوصول للصراف الآلي، والتركيب العمري والنوعي للعملاء، والحالة الاجتماعية، والتعليمية، والوظيفية، ومستوى الدخل، ثم مشكلات خدمات الصراف الآلي وحلولها المقترحة، وأخيرا نظرة مستقبلية. وقد تم الاستعانة بالجوانب التطبيقية لنظم المعلومات الجغرافية المتمثلة في: التحليل المكاني لماكينات الصراف الآلي، وتقييم كفاءة توزيعها، وتحديد المركز الجغرافي المتوسط، وأخيرا خلصت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج والتوصيات أهمها ضرورة إعادة توزيع ماكينات الصراف الآلي بما يتناسب مع الزيادة السكانية والنمو العمراني بشياخات مدينة الإسماعيلية.
|b The research focuses on the study of ATM services in the city of Ismailia by determining the geographical distribution of ATM machines in the city, studying indicators of evaluating the efficiency of ATM distribution using GIS, conducting spatial analysis of ATM distribution, studying the uses of ATM machines, and determining the characteristics of the beneficiaries of ATM service in terms of studying the rate of frequency, arrival time, the means of transportation used to reach the ATM, the age and gender structure of customers, their social and educational status, job and income level, and addressing the future of ATM services by studying the related problems and the proposed solutions to them. The most important applied aspects of GIS utilized in the study are represented in spatial analysis to determine the characteristics of the spatial distribution of ATM and their distribution pattern, evaluate the efficiency of their distribution, and determine the average geographical center of ATM. The study reaches a number of results and recommendations, the most important of which is the necessity of the redistribution of ATM to go in accordance with overpopulation and urban growth in the districts of the city of Ismailia.
