The president of any state is the person who actually has the specialized capacity to exercise the executive authority. Also, the president is the first representative for the state in its relation with the other states. Therefore, the president has major role in international relations, and this representative characteristic is earned by hi „ as soon as he is in the position of the president officially, regardless to the nature of the regime of the state; since the president is he one who stands for the sovereignty of the state. This is why; the. powers and immunities of the president were regulated by the constitutional law and customs rules of the international law. Accordingly, the person of the president must be under special treatment and enjoys certs in immunities whether inside or outside his country, and this is the main reason why we have prepared this research throughout two sections, and wishing that we were able to fulfill the purpose.
