|a أن كفاءة الجيوش وقدراتها تتوقف على مدى تحليها بالانضباط العسكري رفيع المستوى. لذا يعد الانضباط العسكري مظهرا أساسيا من مظاهر المؤسسة العسكرية، وعليه جاءت دراستنا تهدف إلى إبراز العلاقة المعقدة بين الانضباط العسكري والتنشئة والثقافة الفرعية العسكرية، وذلك من خلال استخدام المنهج الوصفي والمنهج التحليلي بحيث توصلنا إلى أن خلق الانضباط العسكري هي إحدى المسؤوليات الرئيسية للقيادة من خلال التنشئة السليمة والثقافة المكتسبة بالمجتمع العسكري والتي بهما يتم تحقيق التوقعات والقيام بالمسؤوليات الفردية والجماعية.
|b Military discipline is an essential aspect of the military institution, and the efficiency and capabilities of armies depend on the extent to which they display high-leve military discipline. Therefore, our study aims to highlight the complex relationship between military discipline and military (upbringing and subculture), through the use of the descriptive approach. And the analytical approach is such that we have concluded that creating military discipline is one of the main responsibilities of leadership through sound upbringing and acquired culture. Through which expectations are met and individual and collective responsibilities are fulfilled.
