المستخلص: سعت الدراسة إلى تحقيق هدف رئيسي وهو "الكشف عن كيفية توظيف الجامعات المصرية للمسؤولية الاجتماعية في تحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة من خلال تحليل المواقع الإلكترونية الرسمية للجامعات المصرية (عينة الدراسة)، اعتمد الباحث على صحيفة تحليل المضمون كأداة لوصف المحتوى الخاص بالمواقع الإلكترونية الرسمية التابعة للجامعات المصرية "محل الدراسة"، (الموقع الإلكتروني الرسمي (websites)- الصفحة الرسمية للجامعة عبر الفيس بوك) التابعة للجامعات (جامعة القاهرة- جامعة أكتوبر للعلوم الحديثة والآداب) التي يتم استخدامها من قبل تلك الجامعات في إبراز مسؤوليتها الاجتماعية في تحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة، تمثلت عينة الدراسة في المسح الشامل لمضامين (الموقع الإلكتروني الرسمي (websites)- الصفحة الرسمية للجامعة عبر الفيس بوك) (عينة الدراسة) الموجهة نحو برامج المسئولية الاجتماعية، وأهداف التنمية المستدامة التي نفذتها تلك الجامعات بداية من (نوفمبر 2022) حتى نهاية (ديسمبر 2023) والتي بلغ قوامها (215). وقد استعان الباحث بنتائج الدراسات السابقة للوقوف على نقاط الاتفاق والاختلاف معها، لتفسير نتائج الدراسة الحالية وتحديد مدى إسهامها في استكمال الدراسات التي اهتمت بالربط ما بين المسؤولية الاجتماعية والتنمية المستدامة والتعليم والإضافة إليها، كما استفاد الباحث من الدراسات السابقة في صياغة مشكلة وأهمية الدراسة الحالية. وقد استفادت الدراسة الحالية من الأبعاد الثلاثة لنظرية (المحصلة النهائية الثلاثية (TBL)) (الأشخاص- رأس المال الطبيعي- الأرباح) في بناء وتصميم استمارة تحليل المضمون، وكذلك صياغة تساؤلات البحث، كما استفادت أيضا في البناء المعرفي للدراسة والبناء الفكري. وعليه استفادت الدراسة الحالية من الأبعاد الثلاثة لنظرية (المحصلة النهائية الثلاثية (TBL))- (الأشخاص- رأس المال الطبيعي- الأرباح) طبقا لما أوضحته نتائج الدراسة بخصوص توظيف الجامعات المصرية عينة الدراسة لمختلف تلك الأبعاد الثلاثة للنظرية كما تعكسها (فئات تحليل المضمون) في توظيف برامج المسئولية الاجتماعية الخاصة بها في خدمة مختلف قطاعات الجماهير الداخلية والخارجية للجامعة طبقا لما تعكسه مواقعها الإلكترونية حيث تبين من خلال الأبعاد الثلاثة للنظرية و(فئات تحليل المضمون) ونتائج الدراسة زيادة اهتمام الجامعات المصرية بتوظيف العديد من برامج المسئوولية الاجتماعية نحو تحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة وخلق مجتمعات أكثر استدامة ومدى قيامها بالتطبيق الجيد والسليم لبرامج المسئوولية الاجتماعية نحو تحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة والقيام بواجباتها ومسئولياتها الاجتماعية في مختلف المجالات الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والبيئية وهي نتائج مؤكدة للأبعاد الثلاثة لنظرية (المحصلة النهائية الثلاثية (TBL)) وهو ما يظهر إسهامات الجامعة في المجتمع وسعيها إلى تحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى نتائج منها: 1- أن البعد الاجتماعي هو البعد السائد في تغطية برامج المسئولية الاجتماعية لدى الجامعات المصرية (محل الدراسة) في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة بينما احتلى المرتبة الأخيرة البعد السياسي. 2- جاء الهدف 17: عقد الشراكة لتحقيق الأهداف في مقدمة الأهداف التي نفذتها الجامعات (محل الدراسة) في برامج المسئوولية الاجتماعية طبقا لأهداف التنمية المستدامة بينما جاء في المرتبة الأخيرة الهدف 5: المساواة بين الجنسين. 3- أن تنظيم الأحداث الخاصة هي الأنشطة السائدة في أنشطة المسئولية الاجتماعية للجامعات المصرية (عينة الدراسة) في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة بينما جاءت في المؤخرة عقد الشراكة مع الجامعات الأجنبية. 4- جاءت برامج توليد الابتكار والقيمة المضافة في مقدمة البرامج المتخصصة (التعليم العالي) التي تقدمها الجامعات في إطار خدمة المجتمع، أما القضاء على الأمية جاءت في مؤخرة البرامج المتخصصة (التعليم العالي) التي تقدمها الجامعات في إطار المجتمع.

The study sought to achieve a main goal, which is- to reveal how Egyptian universities employ social responsibility in achieving sustainable development goals through analyzing the official websites of Egyptian universities (study sample). The researcher relied on the content analysis newspaper as a tool to describe the content of the official websites of Egyptian universities."- Subject of study", (the official website (websites)- the official page of the university via Facebook) affiliated with the universities (Cairo University- October University for Modern Sciences and Arts) which is used by those universities in highlighting their social responsibility in achieving the goals of sustainable development, The study sample represented a comprehensive survey of the contents of (the official website (websites)- the university’s official page on Facebook) (study sample) directed towards social responsibility programs and sustainable development goals implemented by those universities beginning from (November 2022) until the end of (December 2023), which reached (215), The researcher used the results of previous studies to identify points of agreement and disagreement with them, to interpret the results of the current study and determine the extent of its contribution to completing and adding to studies that were concerned with linking social responsibility, sustainable development, and education. The researcher also benefited from previous studies in formulating the problem and the importance of the current study. The current study has benefited from the three dimensions of the theory of the Triple Bottom Line (TBL) (people- natural capital- profits) in constructing and designing the content analysis form, as well as formulating the research questions. It has also benefited in the cognitive construction of the study and intellectual construction.

Accordingly, the current study benefited from the three dimensions of the theory of the- Triple Bottom Line (TBL)" (people- natural capital- profits) according to what was shown by the results of the study regarding the Egyptian universities’ recruitment of the study sample to various of these three dimensions of the theory as reflected in (the categories of content analysis) in Employing its social responsibility programs in serving the various sectors of the university’s internal and external audiences, according to what is reflected in its websites, where the three dimensions of the theory, (categories of content analysis) and the results of the study show an increased interest in Egyptian universities in employing many social responsibility programs towards achieving sustainable development goals and creating... More sustainable societies and the extent to which they implement good and proper social responsibility programs towards achieving sustainable development goals and carrying out their social duties and responsibilities in various economic, social and environmental fields are confirmed results of the three dimensions of the theory (the triple bottom line (TBL)), which shows the university’s contributions to society and its endeavor to achieve Sustainable development goals. The study reached results including: 1- The social dimension is the dominant dimension in the coverage of social responsibility programs in Egyptian universities (the subject of the study) in achieving sustainable development, while the political dimension ranked last. 2- Goal 17: Establishing a partnership to achieve the goals came at the forefront of the goals implemented by the universities (the subject of the study) in social responsibility programs in accordance with the Sustainable Development Goals, while Goal 5: Gender Equality came in last place. 3- Organizing special events are the dominant activities in the social responsibility activities of Egyptian universities (study sample) in achieving sustainable development, while partnerships with foreign universities came last. 4- Programs for generating innovation and added value came at the forefront of the specialized programs (higher education) offered by universities within the framework of community service, while eliminating illiteracy came at the back of the specialized programs (higher education) provided by universities within the framework of community service.
