|a استهدف البحث وضع تصور مقترح للهيكل التنظيمي للاتحاد المصري لكرة القدم واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي القائم على الدراسات المسحية وذلك نظرا لملائمته مع طبيعة وأهداف البحث تمثل مجتمع البحث في أعضاء مجلس إدارة أفرع الاتحاد ومديري أفرع الاتحاد (مالي- تنفيذي) البالغ عددهم (147) فردا، وتم اختيار عينة البحث بالطريقة الطبقية العشوائية من مجتمع البحث بواقع (۹٤) فردا وبنسبة قدرها (63.9%). وتوصل الباحث إلى تحديد عوامل البيئة الداخلية (نقاط القوة والضعف) وعوامل البيئة الخارجية (الفرص والتهديدات) التي يكشفها الهيكل التنظيمي للاتحاد المصري لكره القدم، كما قام الباحث بعمل دراسة تحليلية للهيكل التنظيمي للاتحاد المصري لكرة القدم وأوصى الباحث الجهات المسئولة (الاتحاد المصري لكرة القدم- الفروع التابعة للاتحاد المصري لكرة القدم) بالاستعانة بالدراسة التحليلية للهيكل التنظيمي للاتحاد المصري لكرة القدم.
|b The aim of the research was to develop a proposed conceptual framework for the organizational structure of the Egyptian Football. The researcher utilized a descriptive methodology based on survey studies due to its alignment with the research's nature and objectives. The research population consisted of the members of the Board of Directors of the association's branches and their managers (financial and executive), totaling 147 individuals. The research sample, selected through stratified random sampling from the research population, included 94 individuals, constituting 63.9% of the total population. The researcher identified internal environmental factors (strengths and weaknesses) and external environmental factors (opportunities and threats) revealed by the organizational structure of the Egyptian Football. Additionally, the researcher proposed a conceptual framework for the organizational structure of the Egyptian Football. The researcher recommended concerned authorities (the Egyptian Football Association and its affiliated branches) to consider utilizing the proposed conceptual framework for the organizational structure of the Egyptian Football.
