No one can deny that there is an obvious parallel between the winds of change blowing through Tunisia and Morocco. At the heart of all these demonstrations are the same protagonists and the same objectives: more rights, more social justice, more transparency, more control over the dominant system, in short, the search for a new model that guarantees them a dignified life. The first will deal with constitutional advances for Moroccan women, and the second will, of course, deal with constitutional advances for Tunisian women, while trying to answer the following question: What are the circumstances surrounding the adoption of the new constitutions in Morocco and Tunisia? This Moroccan assurance was based on the argument that Morocco was engaged in qualified and structuring reforms and that the change had been thought out well before the popular uprisings, so we are witnessing a new level in terms of strengthening the status and rights of women.
Personne ne peut le nier, il existe un parallèle évident entre le vent de changement qui souffle en Tunisie comme au Maroc, au coeur de toutes ces manifestations, on retrouve les mêmes protagonistes, les mêmes objectifs: plus de droits, plus de justice sociale, plus de transparence, plus de contrôle sur le système dominant, la recherche, en somme, d`un nouveau modèle qui leur garantit une vie digne. Une première traitera les avancées constitutionnelles pour la femme marocaine, et la deuxième, traitera bien évidement les avancées, constitutionnelles pour la femme tunisienne, tout en essayant de répondre sur la problématique suivante: Quelles sont Les circonstances de l`adoption des nouvelles constitutions au Maroc et en Tunisie ? Le particularisme marocain censé mettre ce pays à l`abri de la dynamique de révolte qui travaille le monde arabe, cette assurance marocaine était fondée sur l`argument selon lequel le Maroc était engagé dans des réformes qualifiées et structurante et que le changement avait été pensé bien avant les soulèvements populaires et donc on assiste à un nouveau palier en matière de renforcement de statut et droits des femmes.
