المستخلص: This research paper aims to analyze the factors influencing the cost of health insurance in Egypt, with a focus on the private healthcare sector. The study recognizes the importance of achieving Universal Health Coverage (UHC) and the role of private health insurance in supporting this goal. By investigating the complex and multifaceted drivers of health insurance costs, this research develops a robust model that identifies and quantifies the factors affecting insurance costs in Egypt. Moreover, the paper provides insights for policymakers, insurance companies, and healthcare providers by utilizing empirical models to understand and manage health insurance costs effectively. Employing Multivariate Analysis of Variance (MANOVA) and Ordinal Logistic Regression, the findings can inform the design of policies and interventions aimed at controlling and reducing health insurance costs in Egypt.
