|a يتطلب إيداع مطلب التحفيظ بطريقة إلكترونية توفره على مجموعة من الشكليات والبيانات، التي نص عليها المرسوم المتعلق بالتدبير الإلكتروني لعمليات التحفيظ العقاري، والتي تتمثل أولا في تضمينه رقم الهاتف المحمول وعنوان البريد الإلكتروني للمعني بالأمن. إضافة إلى البيانات المنصوص عليها في ظهير التحفيظ العقاري، وثانيا في توقيعه من قبل المعني بالأمر، وثالثا في إرفاقه بالوثائق في صيغتها الإلكترونية، والتي تثبت الملكية المفترضة لطالب التحفيظ. والملاحظ أن البيانات والشكليات أعلاه تتعارض مع تلك المنصوص عليها في ظهير التحفيظ العقاري، مما يستوجب تعديل المرسوم أعلاه.
|b Electronic filing of request for memorization availability require a set of data and formalities; which was stipulated in Decree regarding electronic measures of Real estate's memorization operations. This data are: the mobile phone number and the email of the person concerned; in addition to the data stipulated in the dahir of real estate's memorization, and the memorization request must be signed electronically by the person concerned, plus it must be accompanied by documents proving the supposed ownership. It is noted that the data and formalities referred to above contradict each other with those stipulated in the dahir of real estate's memorization, which requires amending the above decree.
