|a نتناول في هذا البحث موضوع المسؤولية المدنية الناجمة عن الاختلاط الإلكتروني، أي الدردشات الإلكترونية بين الشباب والشابات، سواء كانت كتابية، أو صوتية أو مرئية، والمسؤولية الناجمة عنها، فنتيجة للتقدم التكنولوجي واعتماد تقنيات الكهرباء الرقمية، والتطور الملحوظ في مجال تكنولوجيا المعلومات واستعمالات الإنترنت في مختلف الميادين، ظهرت أساليب جديدة للتواصل بين الشباب، فمنصات التواصل الاجتماعي قد فتحت الباب أمام تبادل الرسائل النصية بشكل فوري بين الشباب، إذ يكتب الشاب رسالته، ويتلقى الرد على الفور، إذ توفر برامج الربط عبر الإنترنت خدمات متنوعة تتضمن المحادثات الكتابية، والتي يتم فيها كتابة الرسائل والرد عليها بشكل فوري، فضلا عن ذلك، تتيح هذه التقنيات أيضا المحادثات الصوتية والمرئية، مما يتيح للشباب التواصل بشكل أكثر تفاعلية وشفافية، ومع مرور الزمن، تطورت هذه الوسائل التكنولوجية، وأصبحت جزءا لا يتجزأ من حياة الشباب، مع كل الفوائد والتحديات التي قد تنشأ عنها.
|b In this research, we address the issue of liability resulting from electronic communication, that is, electronic chats between young men and women, whether written, audio, or visual, and the damage resulting from them. As a result of technological progress, the adoption of digital electricity technologies, and the remarkable development in the field of information technology and uses of the Internet in various fields, New methods of communication have emerged among young people. Social media platforms have opened the door to instant exchange of text messages between young people. Where the young man writes his message and receives a response immediately, as online connection programs provide various services that include written conversations in which messages are written and responded to instantly. In addition, these technologies also allow audio and video conversations, which allows young people to communicate in a more interactive and transparent manner. Over time, these technological means have evolved and become an integral part of young people's lives.
