المستخلص: يتناول هذا البحث جمع المواضع التي استثناها القراء من قواعدهم، المتعلقة بالهمز المفرد الساكن، وبيان العلل المقتضية لاستثناء تلك المواضع. وقد انتظم البحث في: مقدمة، ومبحثين، وخاتمة، وفهرس المصادر والمراجع، وفهرس الموضوعات. واشتملت المقدمة على: أهمية الموضوع، وأسباب اختيار الموضوع، وتساؤلات البحث، والدراسات السابقة، وخطة البحث، ومنهج البحث. وفي المبحث الأول: تناول الباحث بيان قواعد القراء في الهمز المفرد الساكن. وفي المبحث الثاني: تناول الباحث استثناءات القراء والرواة في الهمز المفرد الساكن، مقسما الكلام إلى ثلاثة مطالب: الأول: في المستثنيات المتعلقة بقراءة نافع؛ والثاني: في المستثنيات المتعلقة بقراءة المكي، والبصري، والشامي؛ والثالث: في المستثنيات المتعلقة بباقي القراء. ثم خاتمة البحث؛ وضمنها الباحث أهم نتائج البحث، والتوصيا، ثم فهرس المصادر والمراجع، ثم فهر الموضوعات.

This research deals with collecting the places that the readers excluded from their rules, related to the silent single hamza, and explaining the reasons that required the exclusion of those places. The research is organized into: an introduction, two sections, a conclusion, an index of sources and references, and an index of topics. The introduction included: the importance of the topic, the reasons for choosing the topic, the research questions, previous studies, the research plan, and the research methodology. In the first section: the researcher discussed the readers' rules regarding the silent single hamza. In the second section: the researcher discussed the exceptions of the readers and narrators regarding the silent single hamza, dividing the speech into three demands: the first: on the exceptions related to the reading of Nafi'; the second: on the exceptions related to the reading of Al-Makki, Al-Basri, and Al-Shami; and the third: on the exceptions related to the rest of the readers. Then the conclusion of the research; the researcher included in it the most important results of the research, recommendations, then the index of sources and references, then the index of topics.
