|a تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى بيان ماهية الذكاء الاصطناعي (المفهوم التطور التاريخي، وكذلك الخصائص والاستخدامات فضلا عن أهم التطبيقات الحالية) وتأثيراته السلبية والإيجابية على النظام الدولي الحالي من خلال فواعله ومن خلال ميزان القوى فيه. وتم الاعتماد على المنهج الاستقرائي في تحليله لموضوع البحث فضلا عن المقارنات المنهجية (التاريخي، الوصفي، الاستشرافي). وتوصلت الدراسة بأن الذكاء الاصطناعي له تأثير مباشر على النظام الدولي الحالي سواءا على النحو الإيجابي أو السلبي، وأن استخدام تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي أدت إلى إعادة تشكيل هيكلية النظام الدولي الحالي وله تأثير كبير في تغيير موازين القوى الدولية.
|b This study aims to explain the nature of artificial intelligence (the concept, historical development, as well as characteristics and uses, also the most important current applications) and its negative and positive effects on the current international system through its effects and through the balance of power in it. The study relied on the inductive approach in its analysis of the research topic, there fore, methodological comparisons (historical, descriptive, and prospective). The study concluded that artificial intelligence has a direct impact on the current international system, whether positive or negative, and the use of artificial intelligence applications has led to reshaping the structure of the current international system it has a major impact in changing the international balance of power.
