المستخلص: يهدف هذا البحث إلى إبراز مساهمة المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة في توفير مناصب الشغل في الجزائر خلال الفترة 2012-2022 ومن أجل ذلك تم اعتماد المنهج الوصفي التحليلي للتعريف بالمؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة وإظهار أهميتها وتحليل واقعها في الجزائر، من خلال التطرق إلى تطورها وتوزيعها القطاعي والجغرافي، كما اعتمدنا على نفس المنهج في تحليلنا لسوق الشغل والتوزيع القطاعي لليد العاملة في الجزائر. خلص البحث إلى أن المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة تساهم بشكل فعال في توفير مناصب الشغل، وامتصاص اليد العاملة النشطة في مختلف القطاعات الاقتصادية في الجزائر، بنسب معتبرة قد تصل إلى 30%، ويرجع ذلك إلى المجهودات المبذولة من طرف الحكومة الجزائرية، إلا أن تركز المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة في قطاع الخدمات يمكن أن يؤثر سلبا على الاقتصاد الوطني، مما يحتم على الحكومة توجيه سياسات وبرامج دعم المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة نحو قطاع الزراعة الأمر الذي سيسمح باستقطاب أكبر لليد العاملة.

This research aims toshow the impact of small and medium enterprises in employment in Algeria during the period 2012-2022, for that, the descriptive analytical approach was adopted to define small and medium enterprises and show their importance and to analyze their reality in Algeria, by addressing their development and sectorial and geographical distribution. The research concluded that small and medium enterprises contribute effectively to the provision of jobs, and the absorption of active labor in various economic sectors in Algeria, at significant rates that may reach 30%, due to the efforts made by the Algerian government, but the concentration of small and medium enterprises in the services sector can negatively affect the national economy, which necessitates the government to direct policies and programs to support small and medium enterprises towards the agricultural sector, that will allow greater attraction of the labor force.

Cette recherche vise à mettre en évidence l'impact des PME sur l'emploi en Algérie au cours de la période 2012-2022, pour cela, l'approche analytique descriptive a été adoptée pour définir ces entreprises et montrer leur importance et analyser leur réalité en Algérie, en abordant leur développement et leur répartition sectorielle et géographique. La recherche a conclu que les PME contribuent efficacement à la création d'emplois et à l'absorption de la main d'oeuvre active dans divers secteurs économiques en Algérie, à des taux significatifs pouvant atteindre 30%, grâce aux efforts déployés par le gouvernement algérien, mais la concentration des PME dans le secteur des services peut avoir un impact négatif sur l'économie nationale, ce qui nécessite que le gouvernement oriente les politiques et les programmes de soutien aux petites et moyennes entreprises vers le secteur agricole, ce qui permettra une plus grande attraction de la main-d'oeuvre.
