| 520 | |b The protection of the private property of foreign investors is an indication of the extent of the economic and financial guarantees for the foreign investor, and the restrictions imposed on expropriation of such ownership that countries provide to a wide segment of traders and industrialists in their commercial and industrial activities. This has been proven by several international courts in their rulings in special cases of expropriation, including the American and French courts and many others. The research came up with the most important recommendations for documenting confidence in financial transactions, preserving the foreign investor's ownership, and promptly adequate compensation for the investor. | ||
