المستخلص: تأثير وسائل النقل على باقي المحاور والميادين في المجتمع شبه شامل على المستوى الكلي في العلاقة بين الدول وداخل المدينة، أوفي تنظيمها بإدراج متغير جديد، بقوة استثمارية وحجم قطاعي كبير، يحتاج توفير قدرات مادية، فكرية، في المساحة ولكن خاصة من حيث الترابط داخل الكيان والمدينة، بأن أصبح الزمن عنصر معياري لا أكثر، في التدرج التاريخي وبالنسبة للبعد بين المناطق. الاستدامة في المواصلات ترتبط بعناصر تتوالي تدريجيا، حتى الوصول إلى مرحلة توازن، في مجال الخدمة والسعر بالنسبة للمدينة بشكل عام، والعمل على ربط ذلك بمعطيات إضافية تتبع، لأن الكثافة الكبيرة في بعض المدن أو التوجه إلى توفير بيئة مواتية، تسهل بموجبها على الأسر الوصول إلى خصوصية في الموضوع، من خلال العمومية داخل المجتمع في اقتناء سيارات خاصة، يكون له تأثيرات جانبية على الصحة العامة، وعلى الاستهلاك مقابل الاستثمار أو الادخار، ولهذا نشاهد الكثير من الأمراض الحضرية التي تبرز، بالتوازي مع التعميم الفردي للسيارات بشكل خاص، والوصول في هذه المدن إلى درجات ازدحام، تلوث، ضجيج، لا يمكن العودة منها أو إقامة إصلاحات حولها، إلا بالتوجه سريعا إلى حصر التواجد الكثيف للأفراد في وسائل المواصلات الخاصة، وفتح المجال وفق سوق تنافسي حقيقي، وتوفير إمكانات بروز قطاع عام وخاصة باستدعاء مقاولات مختلفة في القطاع.

L'impact du transport sur le reste des axes et domaines de la société est presque global, au niveau macro dans les relations entre les pays et au sein de la ville, ou dans son organisation en incluant une nouvelle variable, à fort investissement et une grande taille sectorielle, ce qui nécessite de fournir des capacités matérielles et intellectuelles, dans l'espace, mais surtout en termes d'interconnexion au sein de l'entité et de la ville, de telle sorte que le temps est devenu un élément standard et rien de plus, dans la cheminement historique et par rapport à la distance entre les régions. La durabilité des transports est liée à des éléments qui surviennent progressivement, jusqu'à ce qu'un stade d'équilibre soit atteint, dans le domaine du service et du prix par rapport à la ville en général, et travaillons à relier cela aux données supplémentaires qui suivent, car la forte densité dans certaines villes, ou tendent à fournir un environnement favorable, facilite l'accès des familles à la vie privée en matière, à travers la généralisation au sein de la société, dans l'acquisition de voitures privées, cela a des effets secondaires sur la santé publique, et sur la consommation par rapport à l'investissement ou l'épargne, c'est pourquoi nous voyons apparaître de nombreuses maladies urbaines, parallèlement à la vulgarisation individuelle de l'automobile notamment, et à l'atteinte dans ces villes de niveaux de congestion, de pollution et de bruit, d'où il n'est pas possible de revenir ou d'établir des réformes, sauf en agissant rapidement pour limiter la forte présence de particuliers dans les moyens de transport privés, et ouvrir le champ selon un marché véritablement concurrentiel, en offrant un potentiel d'émergence d'un secteur public et privé en faisant appel aux différentes entreprises du secteur.
