|b If the real Estate Curator s obligation is segmented from the use of its own authority. The Moroccan legislator managed to dodge his duties as a public administrator and an official accountant, which he assigned him various financial tasks, including administrative and operational oversight and management of the official Curator’s conservation activities. This may result in both administrative and personal torts, with the latter being required to make good on the harm done by one's own conduct.
|d Si la responsabilité du conservateur de la propriété foncière est émanée de l’exercice de ses propres attributions. Le législateur Marocain a pu contrecarrer ses responsabilités autant qu’un fonctionnaire public, un comptable et il lui a confié plusieurs missions financières, administrative et opérationnelle autant qu’un chef d’orchestre de toutes les opérations conduites dans la conservation foncière. Ce qui peut engendrer non pas seulement sa responsabilité administrative mais aussi sa responsabilité personnelle qui sera tenue de réparer les dommages causés par ses propres actions.
