520 |a نحاول من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية استكشاف سياسة التيسير الكمي وإمكانية تنفيذها في الجزائر بناء على الظروف الاقتصادية الراهنة للجزائر، ومقارنتها بشروط وآليات تنفيذ سياسة التيسير الكمي الخلاصة هي أن هذه السياسة غير قابلة للتطبيق في الجزائر لأن الاقتصاد الجزائري ضعيف ولا يملك الظروف الاقتصادية لتنفيذ هذه السياسة، ناهيك عن التقلبات الهيكلية التي يعيشها الاقتصاد الجزائري وغياب التنويع الاقتصادي. نظام الإنتاج الجزائري يفتقر إلى المرونة.  |b In this article we will try to address the question of quantitative easing and its applicability in Algeria. We take into account the country's current economic situation and compare it with the conditions and mechanisms for implementing QE policies. It was determined that this policy could not be implemented in Algeria. This is due to a weak economy that does not meet the requirements of an economy that can withstand its application, not to mention the structural changes plaguing the Algerian economy, the lack of economic diversification, and the inflexibility of Algeria's production system.  |d Dans cet article, nous allons essayer d'aborder la question de la politique d'assouplissement quantitatif et son applicabilité en Algérie Considérant les conditions économiques prévalant dans le pays et les comparant avec les modalités et le mécanisme de mise en oeuvre de la politique de QE. Il a été conclu que cette politique ne peut pas être mise en oeuvre en Algérie. Cela en raison de sa faiblesse économique, qui ne remplit pas les conditions d'une économie capable de supporter son application, Sans parler des fluctuations structurelles de l’économie algérienne et du manque de diversification économique et de la rigidité du système productif algérien.
