The study discusses how cyberspace affects different legal systems, focusing on data protection, privacy, and jurisdiction in disputes involving foreign elements. It employs a descriptive approach to analyze the concept and characteristics of cyberspace, alongside a comparative method to examine how various legal systems address these challenges. The research offers recommendations to enhance legal frameworks and ensure the protection of individuals' and states' rights in cyberspace, emphasizing the importance of international cooperation and legal harmonization to effectively tackle cyber challenges.
