| 520 | |a تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على دور الوقف الصحي في تمويل الرعاية الصحية وكيفية الاستفادة من بعض النماذج الوقفية الصحية في تعزيز استدامة تمويل الخدمات الصحية باستخدام منهج تحليل المحتوى. وتتمثل أهم النتائج المتوصل إليها في نشر الوعي بأهمية الوقف الصحي كمصدر دائم للتمويل، وتشجيع المبادرات المجتمعية وتنظيمها لإنشاء أوقاف صحية، مع ضرورة الاستفادة من التجارب الناجحة في هذا المجال من ناحية التسيير واستثمار الموارد. |b The current study aims at identifying the role of health endowments in financing health care, and how to benefit from some health endowment models in promoting the sustainability of financing health services using the content analysis method. The most important reached findings focus on the raise of awareness about the importance of health endowment as a permanent source of funding, and encourage and organize community initiatives to establish health endowments, with the need to benefit from successful experiences in this field in terms of management and resource investment. |d La présente étude vise à identifier le rôle de la dotation en santé dans le financement des soins de santé et à déterminer comment tirer parti de certains modèles de dotation en santé pour promouvoir la durabilité du financement des services de santé à l’aide de la méthode d’analyse de contenu. Les résultats les plus importants portent sur la sensibilisation à l’importance de la dotation en santé en tant que source permanente de financement, ainsi que sur l’encouragement et l’organisation d’initiatives communautaires visant à créer des dotations en santé, avec la nécessité de bénéficier d’expériences réussies dans ce domaine en termes de gestion et d’investissement des ressources. | ||
