|a يعالج هذا الموضوع واقع التخطيط الحضري بالمغرب بارتباطه بالحكامة الحضرية، فعملية التخطيط الحضري تتمثل في تدخل الإدارة بأدوات منهجية ووثائق مرجعية لتنظيم استعمال المجال وتقنين هذا الاستعمال لكل منطقة من مناطق المدينة، وتخصيص وظيفة لكل منها قصد تحقيق تكامل أجزائها، الأمر الذي يثار معه سؤال مدى استحضار معايير الحكامة أثناء إعداد وتنفيذ وثائق التعمير ببلادنا من أجل تدارك النقص في هذا المجال، سؤال سنحاول الإجابة عنه من خلال تطرقنا في هذا المقال لواقع الحكامة في التخطيط الحضري بالمغرب وآفاق الإصلاح.
|b This topic deals with the reality of urban planning in Morocco as it relates to urban governance. The urban planning process involves the intervention of administration using methodological tools and reference documents to regulate land use and legalize it for each area of the city. It also entails the allocation of a function for each area to achieve integration. This raises the question of the extent to which governance standards are invoked during the preparation of reconstruction documents in our country to address shortages in this area. This article aims to answer this question by exploring the reality of governance in urban planning in Morocco and proposing prospects for reform.
