|a تعرف الجماعات الترابية المغربية تدخل العديد من الفاعلين لتدبيرها وإعدادها وتعتبر أرضية لتحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية على مستواها، وبلورة مجموعة من الاستراتيجيات العملية لتنزيل برامج عملها، وفي هذا السياق تعتبر الجهة أحد المكونات الأساسية في سلم نظام اللامركزية الترابية والوسيط المثالي لمختلف تدخلات الفاعلين لتحقيق التنمية المجالية المتوازنة خصوصا وأن المنظور الجديد للتدبير الترابي يرتكز على الجهوية المتقدمة كمقاربة استراتيجية مهمة في سياسة إعداد التراب الوطني وتأخذ بعين الاعتبار خصوصيات الجهة سواءا الجغرافية الاقتصادية الاجتماعية وهويتها المجالية وتطورها التنموي. لذا أضحى من المهم الاهتمام بالمجال الترابي بمقاربة جديدة ومندمجة للنهوض بالجهة وتحقيق الرفاهية للمجتمع والرفع من القدرة التنافسية وكسب الرهانات والتحديدات التي تواجهها الجهات بشكل عام، وذلك بهدف الاستجابة لحاجيات المواطنين ولضروريات التدبير العقلاني الرشيد الذي يساير مختلف التحولات والتغيرات الديناميات الحالية التي يعرفها المجال الترابي المغربي، وعلى هذا الأساس وانطلاقا مما سبق فإننا نطرح التساؤل التالي: ما هي أليات تفعيل ورش الجهوية المتقدمة في المغرب؟

Therefore, it has become important to pay attention to the territorial domain with a new and integrated approach to advance the region, achieve welfare for society, raise competitiveness, and win the bets and challenges faced by the regions in general, with the aim of responding to the needs of citizens and the necessities of rational management that copes with the various transformations and changes of the current dynamics known to the Moroccan territorial domain, On this basis and based on the above, we ask the following question: What are the mechanisms for activating advanced regionalization workshops in Morocco?
