المستخلص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على الدور الذي تلعبه لجان الأحياء في نشر الثقافة البيئية لدى فئات المجتمع. إذ أن إدراج قضايا البيئة ضمن أولويات لجان الأحياء من شأنه أن يساعد على نشر وعي بيئي يسهم في إرساء ثقافة بيئية تشاركية، تهدف إلى تفعيل العمل الجواري وتنظيم حملات تحسيسية التي تعد من أساليب نشر الثقافة البيئية داخل التجمعات الحضرية الجديدة. وخلصت الدراسة أن حماية البيئة تعد كسياسة من سياسات الدولة ذات البعد استراتيجي تتكافل فيه مجهودات الدولة مع لجان الأحياء من خلال سياسة بيئية تعمل على نشر الثقافة البيئية في إطار التنمية المستدامة.

The present study aims to shed light on the role that the neighborhood committees plays in the diffusion of the environmental culture among the society groups. So the inclution of the environment issues among the priorities of these committees would give hand on the development of the awareness of the environment by the integration of the environmental dimension in all its activities. This will be happening by activating the beighborhood collaboration work and organizing the sensibilisation companies, which are considered as a mean of environmental culture diffusion among the new urban communities. The study concluded that the protection of the environment is considered as a state policy with a strategical dimension where the state efforts and neighborhood committees combine throught an environmental policy that works on the diffusion of the environmental culture in the frame of the sustainable development.

La présente étude a pour but de mettre en valeur le rôle que les comités des quartiers jouent en la diffusion de la culture environnementale chez les différentes catégories de la société. L’intégration de ce genre d’affaires comme une de leurs priorités aidera à développer la conscience environnementale via l’inclusion de la dimension environnementale dans toutes ses activités, et ce se passera à travers l’activation du travail de voisinage et l’organisation des compagnes de sensibilisation. Cette dernière est conçue comme un moyen de diffusion de la culture environnementale dans les nouvelles collectivités urbaines. L’étude a conclu que la protection de l’environnement est considérée comme une politique de l’état a une dimension stratégique dans laquelle les efforts de l’état se combinent avec les comités des quartiers via une politique environnementale qui travaille sur la diffusion de la culture environnementale dans le cadre du développement durable.
