المستخلص: يتعلق هذا المقال بدراسة قضية مرتبطة برعاية حقوق ضحايا الجرائم الإرهابية وإعطاء الوسائل لتحقيقها من منظور قانوني قصد الوصول إلى حل سديد يضمن حماية حقوق هؤلاء الضحايا في ظل حياة يسودها الأمن والاستقرار، بالإضافة إلى أن هذا المقال يسعى أيضا إلى بلورة حقوق ضحايا الجرائم الإرهابية تجاه الشرطة بغض النظر عن درجة خطتهم ودون اعتبار لشخصية الجاني معروف أم مجهول، حتى تصبح هذه الحقوق أمرا ثابتا في عقيدة رجال الشرطة وميثاق عمل لهم، كما أن الشرطة في تعاملها مع ضحايا الجريمة الإرهابية يجب أن تكون ملمة بالخصائص الشخصية للضحية، وبعد كل ذلك تظهر واجبات الشرطة تجاه ضحايا الجريمة التي يجب أن تلتزم بها كاستقبال شكاوي الضحايا، وإعمالا لذلك يفترض أن تقوم بمعاملتهم معاملة حسنة وتهدأ من روعهم خاصة في مثل هذه الجرائم وتقوم بتوجيههم إلى اتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية الصحيحة للحصول على حقوقهم، وتقدم المساعدات اللازمة وتوفير الرعاية الطبية والنفسية وعلى رجال الشرطة إيلاء أهمية خاصة لفئات معينة من الضحايا كالأطفال والنساء، بالإضافة إلى كل هذه الأدوار التي تقوم بها الشرطة القضائية عليها أن تعمل على حماية الحياة الخاصة لضحايا الجريمة وذلك بالتستر على أسرارهم ومنع كل من يريد الكشف عنها وخاصة رجال الإعلام، وذلك لن يحصل إلا بالحفاظ على سرية التحقيق.

This intervention is related to studying an issue related to caring for the rights of victims of terrorist crimes and giving the means to achieve them from a legal perspective in order to reach a sound solution that guarantees the protection of the rights of these victims in a life of security and stability. In addition, this intervention also seeks to crystallize the rights of victims of terrorist crimes towards the police regardless of the degree of their fault and without regard to the identity of the perpetrator, whether known or unknown. Until these rights become an established matter in the doctrine of the police officers and their work charter, just as the police in dealing with victims of terrorist crimes must be aware of the personal characteristics of the victim. After all that the duties of the police towards the victims of crime appear, Which they must adhere to, such as receiving victims' complaints, In accordance with this, they are supposed to treat them well, calm their fears, especially in cases of such crimes, and direct them to take the correct legal measures to obtain their rights, provide the necessary assistance, and provide medical and psychological care The police must pay special attention to certain categories of victims, such as children and women, in addition to all these roles performed by the judicial police must work to protect the private lives of crime victims by covering up their secrets and preventing anyone who wants to reveal them, especially members of the media This will only happen by preserving the confidentiality of the investigation.
