|a جاء هذا البحث محاولا إيجاد العلاقة بين التوافق النفسي ومستوى الأداءات المهارية لدى لاعبي كرة القدم بمحافظة قنا، استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي، وقد تم اختيار عينة البحث بالطريقة العشوائية بواقع (٦٠) لاعب من المسجلين بأندية (الألمنيوم- نادي قنا الرياضي- شبان مسلمين قنا)، وجاءت أهم النتائج بأن هناك علاقة ارتباطية بين مستوى الأداءات المهارية المركبة والتوافق النفسي لدى عينة البحث حيث تراوح معامل الارتباط ما بين (423: 0.621) وهي أعلى من قيمتها الجدولية مما يدل على أنه كلما زاد مستوى التوافق النفسي لدى اللاعبين كلما تحسن لديهم مستوى الأداءات المهارية المركبة قيد البحث.
|b This research was an attempt to find the relationship between psychological adjustment and the level of skill performances among football players in Qena Governorate. The researcher used the descriptive approach, and the research sample was chosen randomly by (60) players registered in clubs (Aluminum- Qena Sports Club- Muslim youth). Qena, and the most important results were that there is a correlation between the level of complex skill performances and psychological compatibility among the research sample, where the correlation coefficient ranged between (423: 0.621), which is higher than its tabulated value, which indicates that the higher the level of psychological compatibility among players, the better they will improve. The level of complex skill performances under investigation.
