Under Moroccan law, legal liability can take many forms, including civil, criminal and administrative liability. In addition to civil liability, criminal liability may also come into play in the context of artificial intelligence. Artificial intelligence and civil and criminal liability in Morocco Artificial intelligence (AI) refers to the ability of computers and robots to perform tasks typically performed by humans. Civil liability law fulfills two main functions: compensating victims for harm suffered and taking preventive measures. This article aims to explore the applicability of the current tort mechanism to artificial intelligence. Presented by artificial intelligence systems. En droit marocain, la responsabilité juridique peut prendre de nombreuses formes, notamment la responsabilité civile, pénale et administrative. Outre la responsabilité civile, la responsabilité pénale peut également entrer en jeu dans le cadre de l’intelligence artificielle.
