المستخلص: تعتبر مبادرة كتف في كتف واحدة من أهم المبادرات المجتمعية التي تحظى بتأييد من الرئيس السيسي، خاصة مع ما شهدته مصر في الآونة الأخيرة من تدهور الحالة الاقتصادية والمعيشية الناتجة عن أزمة كورونا والحرب الروسية الأوكرانية وتداعياتها، حيث أصبح المواطن المصري يعاني من ارتفاع أسعار المواد الغذائية بشكل كبير، وجاءت هذه المبادرة لمساعدة الأسر الأكثر احتياجاً وتوفير السلع والمواد الغذائية لهم في جميع محافظات وقرى الجمهورية. لذلك تستهدف الدراسة الحالية: "رصد وتحليل المعالجة الإعلامية بالصحف والمواقع الإلكترونية المقدمة عن مبادرة كتف في كتف، وتأثيرها على تشكيل معارف واتجاهات الشباب المصري نحوها، وذلك من خلال دراسة تحليلية كمية وكيفية للأخبار والتقارير الإخبارية بلغت (۲۱۸۹) والمنشورة بأربعة وعشرين موقع وصحيفة إلكترونية تمثل مختلف التوجهات المختلفة للصحافة: القومية- الحزبية- الخاصة، بالإضافة لدراسة ميدانية على عينة متاحة قوامها (٤٠٠) مفردة من الشباب المصري تتراوح أعمارهم من 18 إلى ٣٥ سنة، واستخدمت الدراسة نظرية التهيئة المعرفية، ونظرية ثراء الوسيلة. وكشفت النتائج عن ارتفاع معدلات التعرض للصحف والمواقع الإلكترونية للحصول على المعلومات عن مبادرة كتف في كتف، وجاءت صحيفة الدستور في مقدمة الصحف التي يعتمد عليها المبحوثين، كما ارتفع تقييم المبحوثين لدور الصحف والمواقع الإلكترونية في تناولها لمبادرة كتف في كتف، بالنسبة لطبيعة التأثيرات الناتجة عن اعتماد الشباب المصري -عينة الدراسة- على الأخبار والمعلومات المنشورة بالصحف والمواقع الإلكترونية تبين أن أهم التأثيرات هي التأثيرات المعرفية تم التأثيرات الوجدانية تم التأثيرات السلوكية، وجاءت أهم معايير ومحاور ثراء الصحف والمواقع الإلكترونية في تناولها لمبادرة كتف في كتف من وجهة نظر المبحوثين عينة الدراسة هي الفورية في المرتبة الأولى ثم تعدد وثراء المحتوى، تم سهولة الاستخدام.

The Shoulder to Shoulder initiative is considered one of the most important community initiatives that enjoys the support of President Sisi, especially with what Egypt has recently witnessed of the deterioration of the economic and living situation resulting from the Corona crisis and the Russian-Ukrainian war and its repercussions, as the Egyptian citizen has begun to suffer from the significantly high prices of food. Great, this initiative came to help the most needy families and provide them with goods and foodstuffs in all governorates and villages of the Republic. Therefore, the current study aims to: “Monitor and analyze the media treatment in newspapers and websites presented by the Shoulder in Shoulder initiative, and its impact on shaping the knowledge and attitudes of Egyptian youth towards it, through a quantitative and qualitative analytical study of news and news reports amounting to (2189) published by twenty-four websites and electronic newspapers representing... The various orientations of the press: national- partisan- private, in addition to a field study on an available sample of (400) individuals from Egyptian youth, ranging in age from 18 to 35 years. The study used cognitive priming theory and medium richness theory. The results revealed high rates of exposure to newspapers and websites to obtain information about the Shoulder in Shoulder initiative, and Al-Dustour newspaper came at the forefront of the newspapers relied upon by the respondents. The respondents’ assessment of the role of newspapers and websites in dealing with the Shoulder in Shoulder initiative also increased, with regard to the nature of the effects resulting from the adoption of Egyptian youth- the study sample- on the news and information published in newspapers and websites, it turns out that the most important influences are cognitive influences, then emotional influences, then behavioral influences. The most important criteria and axes of the richness of newspapers and websites came in their handling of the Shoulder in Shoulder initiative from the perspective of the respondents. The study sample is immediacy in First comes the diversity and richness of content, then ease of use.
