المستخلص: يناقش هذا البحث نسبة (۳۲) حديثا من جامع الترمذي، وجدت في النص المحقق من نشرة مطبعة مصطفي البابي الحلبي بتحقيق الشيخ أحمد شاكر وآخرين، وقد اختيرت هذه العينة بالدراسة؛ لأن محقق الكتاب التالي لتلك النشرة المشار إليها، وهو د. بشار عواد معروف قد نفي نسبتها إلى جامع الإمام الترمذي، ونقل هذه الأحاديث من إطار النص المحقق إلى حاشيته؛ إشارة منه إلى عدم صحة نسبتها إلى جامع الترمذي، وقد نتج عن هذا البحث أن (۲۷) حديثا من هذه الأحاديث صحيح النسبة إلى الجامع بمجموعة من الأدلة والقرائن، من أهمها: ۱- دلالة الشيوخ الواردة في أسانيدها. ٢- الدلالة الأسلوبية لبعض الصيغ التي جاءت في عينة الدراسة والجامع 3- وجودها في بعض النسخ الخطية لجامع الإمام الترمذي. ٤- إمكانية أن تكون هذه الأحاديث من رواية أخرى غير رواية المحبوبي المشهورة. 5- إمكانية أن يكون أحد النساخ قد خلط بين روايتين في نسخة واحدة. ٦- عدم ورود نص عن العلماء المتقدمين ينفي نسبتها إلى جامع الترمذي. وقد أعرض البحث عن الاستدلال بمخطوطات السنن الكثيرة لإثبات صحة هذه الأحاديث إلى الجامع؛ وذلك لأن د. بشار لم يقبل وجود هذه الأحاديث في النسخ المتأخرة كنسخة الشيخ محمد عابد السندي، فاضطر البحث إلى الاستدلال على الصحة بأدلة داخلية في هذه الأحاديث، كالاستدلال بالشيوخ، والبصمة الأسلوبية واللازمات الكلامية وغير ذلك، ويحسب البحث أن هذا أقنع للقارئ من تفريغ صور مخطوطات السنن التي يقيم النافي لها حجة قوية، وهي عدم وجود هذه الأحاديث في تحفة الأشراف للإمام المزي.

This research discusses the proportion of (32) hadiths from the book of Tirmi- dhi, found in the verified text of the bul¬letin of the Mustafa Al-Babi Al-Halabi Press by Sheikh Ahmed Shaker and oth¬ers, and this sample was chosen by the study, because the paleographer of the next book of that bulletin referred to, which is Dr. Bashar Awad Maarouf, has denied its attribution to the Imam Tir- midhi book, and the transfer of these hadiths from the framework of the veri-fied text to his footnote, a reference to the invalidity of their attribution to the Tirmidhi book, and this research result¬ed in (27) hadiths From these hadiths it is true relative to the book with a set of evidence and clues, the most important of which are: 1) The significance of the sheikhs con¬tained in its chains. 2) The stylistic significance of some of the formulas that came in the study sam-ple and the book. 3) Its presence in some written copies of the book of Imam Tirmidhi. 4) The possibility that these hadiths are from a novel other than the famous Mah- boubi novel. 5) The possibility that one of the scribes confused two novels in one copy. 6) The absence of a text from the ad¬vanced scholars denying its attribution to the Tirmidhi book. The search for inference of the manu¬scripts of the many Sunan to prove the validity of these hadiths was presented to the book, because Dr. Bashar did not ac¬cept the existence of these hadiths in the later versions such as the copy of Sheikh Muhammad Abed Al-Sindi, so the re¬search was forced to infer the validity of internal evidence in these hadiths, such as inference of sheikhs, stylistic finger-print, verbal crises, and so on, and the research calculates that this convinced the reader of unloading the images of the Sunan manuscripts that the Nafi has a strong argument, which is the absence of these hadiths in the masterpiece of supervision For Imam Al-Mazi.
