|a يتناول البحث ظاهرة لم تكن بجديدة على المجتمع المصري القديم ولكن ظهرت في مصر القديمة وعلى مدى العصور المختلفة ولكنها زادت في العصر الروماني وانتشرت في القرنين السابع والثامن الميلاديين وهي ظاهرة الهروب من الموطن ويستهدف البحث معرفة أسباب ظهورها وانتشارها من خلال دراسة كل وثائق ضمانات اللاجئين (الهاربين) القبطية في القرنين السابع والثامن الميلاديين وكيفية تعامل الدولة مع هذه الظاهرة. يهدف البحث إلى دراسة كل ما ورد من وثائق خاصة بضمانات اللاجئين والتي تُظهر العديد من الجوانب الاجتماعية والاقتصادية، ومعرفة ما هو وضع هؤلاء اللاجئين في مكان إقامتهم الجديد. كذلك التعرف على الجانب الإداري وكيفية إدارة الدولة لهذه الظاهرة والتصدي لها والعقوبة التي تُفرض على الهاربين من أماكن إقامتهم. كما سيتم دراسة وتحليل وثائق ضمانات اللاجئين لغويا وحضاريا حيث ستتناول الورقة البحثية الآتي: أولا: ظاهرة الهروب من الموطن. ثانيا: تعريف مصطلح اللاجئين. ثالثا: وثائق ضمانات اللاجئين. رابعا: البناء العام لوثائق ضمانات اللاجئين القبطية. خامسا: إجراءات الدولة ضد الهاربين.
|b The research aims to identify the phenomenon of fleeing from the citizen and the reasons for its emergence and spread during the 7th and 8th centuries AD by studying all the documents of guarantees of Coptic refugees (fugitives) in this period and how the state dealt with this phenomenon. The research deals with a study of all documents related to refugee guarantees, which show many social aspects, as the phenomenon of fleeing the homeland is asocial phenomenon that was not new, but appeared in previous eras, where it spread in the 7th and 8th centuries AD. As well as identifying the administrative side and how the state manages the country and confronts this phenomenon. The documents of guarantees for refugees will also be studies and analyzed linguistically and culturally, The research paper will address the following: First: The phenomenon of fleeing the homeland. Second: Defining the term refugees. Third: Refugee guarantees documents. Fourth: General construction of documents of guarantees of Coptic refugees. Fifth: State action against fugitives.
