المستخلص: إن تفسير السيرة التاريخية والمفاهيم الثقافية في تراث الشعوب أمر جوهري من أجل ترسيخ الهوية الانتمائية، فدور الإعلام الرقمي في توثيق وحماية التراث الموسيقى والغنائي العربي من خلال نشر وحفظ التسجيلات الصوتية والمرئية والمواد الوثائقية المتعلقة بتراث الموسيقيين الملحنين والمغنيين العرب، تيسر الوصول والتفاعل والحوار عبر وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي والمنصات الرقمية، الذي يساهم في تعزيز الوعي بالتراث الموسيقي والغنائي العربي وضمان استمراريته للأجيال المستقبلية، فمن مشكلة الدراسة قلة في المعرفة والوعي بالتراث الموسيقي العربي الكلاسيكي بين الشباب الجديد والمولع بالموسيقى الحديثة، وكيفية الحفاظ والتوثيق على التراث الموسيقي والغنائي الثقافي وإيصالها للجمهور، ولذلك تستدعي دراسة متعمقة لمواكبة الأحداث المتغيرة حول أساليب الحفظ في الإعلام الرقمي، والهدف هو إيجاد الأسلوب الأمثل والطرق السليمة والاستفادة من التكنولوجيا الرقمية وتوظيفها للحفاظ على التراث الموسيقي والغنائي العربي القديم وتعزيزه عبر وسائل الإعلام الرقمي، وقد تم دراسة بعض من التطبيقات الداعمة في التوثيق والاستماع والبرامج التلفزيونية والمسابقات، وسيرة بعض الأعلام الموسيقيين من ملحنين ومغنيين ومدى توافرها في الشبكة العنكبوتية، ودراسة السيرة الذاتية الخاصة بالموسيقى عبر التاريخ، وباستخدام المنهج الوصفي تم استنتاج بعض النقاط الهامة بواسطة استبيانات لعينات قدرها ۱۲۰ عينة في المجتمع السعودي بآرائهم من ضمنها، الشح المعرفي بالتراث الموسيقي عن نقص الدعم والاهتمام بها، بالرغم من توفر الإعلام الرقمي بيئة محفزة للفنانين والمبدعين للتجربة والابتكار في الموسيقى، وأيضا اختلاف التوثيق في تاريخ الحياة والمسيرة المهنية للعديد من الفنانين والموسيقيين، الأمر الذي يؤثر على مصداقية المعلومات، فمن توصياتنا تبني أساليب تعليمية أكاديمية بمراجعة الأساليب الحديثة في الإعلام الرقمي وتطويره، وتشجيع الباحثين والموسيقيين والمهتمين بالتراث الموسيقي العربي على إجراء دراسات باستكشاف تأثير الوسائط الرقمية على الحفاظ على التراث وتطويره، وكيفية توفير مكتبة رقمية واسعة من التسجيلات التاريخية الموسيقية، والاهتمام برقمنة الإرث الثقافي الموسيقي والغنائي العربي ونشره رقميا بتحري الدقة وجمع المعلومات الموسيقية والمعلوماتية عن المغنيين والموسيقيين من مصادرها الأصلية لتعزيز الاتصال بين الأجيال.

Interpreting the historical biography and cultural concepts in the heritage of peoples is essential in order to consolidate the developmental identity. The role of digital media in documenting and protecting the Arab musical and lyrical heritage through publishing and preserving audio and video recordings and documentary materials related to the heritage of Arab musicians, composers, and singers, facilitates access, interaction and dialogue through means of communication. Social and digital platforms that contribute to enhancing awareness of the Arab musical and lyrical heritage and ensuring its continuity for future generations. One of the problems of the study is the lack of knowledge and awareness of the classical Arab music heritage among the youth who are fond of modern music, and how to preserve and document the cultural musical and lyrical heritage and convey it to the public. Therefore, it calls for an in-depth study to keep pace with the changing events regarding preservation methods in digital media. The goal is to find the optimal and sound methods for taking the advantage of digital technology and employing it to preserve and enhance the classical Arab musical and lyrical heritage through digital media. Some of the supporting applications in documentation, listening, television programs and competitions have been studied, as well as the biographies of some notable musicians, including composers and singers, and their availability on the Internet. The study provides a biography of music throughout history, and uses the descriptive approach, some important points were concluded through questionnaires of 120 samples in Saudi society with their opinions, including the scarcity of knowledge about musical heritage due to the lack of support and interest in it, despite the availability of digital media as a stimulating environment for artists and creators to experiment and innovate in music, and also the difference in documentation in the life histories and careers of many artists and musicians, which affects the credibility of the information. Among our recommendations is adopting academic educational methods by reviewing and developing modern methods in digital media, and encouraging researchers, musicians, and those who are interested in Arab musical heritage to conduct studies exploring the influence of media. Digital heritage aims to preserve and develop heritage, how to provide a wide digital library of historical musical recordings, and to pay attention to digitizing the Arab musical and lyrical cultural heritage and publishing it digitally by investigating accuracy and collecting musical information and biographies of singers and musicians from their original sources to enhance communication between generations.
