المستخلص: تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على تقييم النخبة الإعلامية والسياسية لتغطية الصراعات الإقليمية والدولية بالقنوات الإخبارية، والتحقق من مدى التزامها بالمسئولية الاجتماعية والمعايير المهنية والأخلاقية في تغطيتها لهذه الصراعات، كذلك تقييم الأداء الإعلامي للقائم بالاتصال، ورصد كفاية تغطية الصراعات بالقنوات الإخبارية، كذلك رصد التأثيرات الإيجابية/ السلبية المتوقعة من تغطية هذه الصراعات، وذلك من خلال دراسة ميدانية طبقت على عينة عمدية قوامها (۱۲۰) مفردة من النخبة الأكاديمية والمهنية من الجنسين (ذكور- إناث)، موزعة بالتساوي وفق نوع النخبة (إعلامية- سياسية- إعلامية/ سياسية)، وذلك خلال الفترة من (15/2/2024) إلى (15/4/2024)، واستخدمت الباحثة أداة الاستقصاء بالمقابلة كأداة لجمع البيانات، في إطار منهج المسح بالعينة والمنهج المقارن، وتوصلت الدراسة للنتائج التالية: - جاء تقييم النخبة لتغطية الصراعات الإقليمية والدولية بالقنوات الإخبارية (مرتفعا) بشكل عام، حيث جاء بعد (الأداء الإعلامي للقائم بالاتصال) و(المسئولية الاجتماعية للقنوات الاخبارية) (مرتفعا)، ثم جاء بعد (الالتزام الأخلاقي والمهني للقنوات الإخبارية) (متوسطا) وفقا لأبعاد مقياس تقييم تغطية الصراعات الإقليمية والدولية بالقنوات الإخبارية. - جاءت تغطية الصراعات الإقليمية والدولية بالقنوات الإخبارية (كافية إلى حد ما) من وجهة نظر النخبة، إلا أن القنوات الإخبارية ركزت في تغطيتها للصراعات على (الصراع الفلسطيني الإسرائيلي) نظرا لتأثيره الواسع النطاق على السلام والأمن بالساحة الدولية والإقليمية. - جاءت التأثيرات الإيجابية المتوقعة من تغطية الصراعات الإقليمية والدولية بالقنوات الإخبارية في المستوى المرتفع من وجهة نظر النخبة وتصدر الترتيب الأول عبارة (تنمية الوعي العام والمعرفة حول الصراعات الإقليمية والدولية وما تتضمنها من قضايا)، ثم جاءت التأثيرات السلبية المتوقعة من تغطية الصراعات الإقليمية والدولية بالقنوات الإخبارية في المستوى المتوسط من وجهة نظر النخبة وتصدر الترتيب الأول عبارة (زيادة التوترات بين الدول والأطراف المتنازعة).

The current study aims to identify the evaluation of the media and political elite to coverage of the regional and international conflicts on news channels and verify the extent of their commitment to social responsibility and professional and ethical standards in their coverage of these conflicts, as well as evaluating the media performance of the communicator, and monitoring the adequacy of coverage of regional and international conflicts on news channels, as well as monitoring the expected positive/ negative effects of covering these conflicts, through a field study applied to a deliberate sample of (120) individuals of the academic and professional elite of both genders (males- females), distributed equally according to the type of elite (media- political media/ political), during the period from (15/2/2024) to (15/4/2024), and the researcher used the interview survey tool as a data collection tool, within the framework of the sample survey approach and the comparative approach, The study reached the following results: - Evaluation of the media and political elite to coverage of the regional and international conflicts on news channels was (high) in general, as the dimension (media performance of the communicator) and (social responsibility of news channels) came (high), then the dimension (ethical and professional commitment of news channels) came (average) according to dimensions of the scale for evaluating coverage of regional and international conflicts on news channels. - The coverage of regional and international conflicts on news channels was (fairly adequate) from the point of view of the elite, but the news channels focused their coverage of regional and international conflicts on the (Palestinian-Israeli conflict) due to its widespread impact on peace and security in the international and regional arena. - The positive effects expected from covering regional and international conflicts on news channels were at a high level from the point of view of the elite, and the first place was ranked by the phrase (developing public awareness and knowledge about regional and international conflicts and the issues they contain), then came the negative effects expected from covering regional and international conflicts on news channels were at the intermediate level from the point of view of the elite, and the first place was ranked by the phrase (increasing tensions between countries and conflicting parties).
