|a يعد المعلم أهم عناصر نجاح أي منظومة تعليمية، ومن ثم يجب تأهيله وإعداده وفق معطيات التغيرات العالمية ضمانا لتحقيق الأمن القومي، هف البحث إلى إلقاء الضوء على أبرز التغيرات العالمية (مثل الأزمات الاقتصادية المتتالية، والتحديات السياسية والعسكرية، والتحديات الاقتصادية والثقافية والتغيرات المناخية والتحديات التقنية والعلمية) وانعكاساتها على الأمن القومي المصري بأبعاده المختلفة (الاقتصادية- السياسية-العسكرية- الثقافية- الاجتماعية- البيئية- التكنولوجية- المعلوماتية- العلمية) ، فضلا عن تحليل واقع إعداد المعلم (في ضوء اللائحة الموحدة لبرنامج الدبلوم العامة) لتعزيز الأمن القومي في ظل هذه التحديات. استخدم البحث المنهج الخلطي حيث تم الجمع بين المنهج الكمي والكيفي، وتم استخدام استبانة موجهة لطلاب الدبلوم العامة (بلغ عددهم 161 طالب وطالبة) المقيدين ببعض الجامعات المصرية (حلوان- القاهرة- عين شمس- الزقازيق- بنها- أسوان-الفيوم) بالفصل الدراسي الأول من العام الدراسي 2023/2024 ممن طبقت عليهم اللائحة الموحدة لبرنامج الدبلوم العامة في التربية التي أقرها قطاع الدراسات التربوية بالمجلس الأعلى للجامعات، كما تم تحليل مضمون هذه اللائحة للوقوف على مدى تناولها لمتغيري البحث. وتوصل البحث إلى أهمية إعداد المعلم وتكوينه كمدخل لتعزيز الأمن القومي المصري وما يهدده من تحديات، كما بين البحث وجود بعض الجهود المبذولة في إعداد المعلم المصري لتوعيته بمفهوم الأمن القومي وأبعاده، وأسفر تحليل مضمون وثيقة اللائحة الموحدة عن اهتمامها بتنمية بعض أبعاد الأمن القومي وتجاهلها لبعضها، كما اسفر التطبيق الميداني عن عدة نتائج من بينها ارتفاع نسب اتفاق عينة البحث على استفادتهم من المقررات التي تم تدريسها بالفصل الدراسي الأول في تنمية وعي أفراد العينة لبعض أبعاد الأمن القومي خاصة البعد التكنولوجي والمعلوماتي، كذلك ارتفاع نسبة اتفاثهم حول ما تم طرحه من مقررات مقترحة لدراستها فيما بعد لتنمية وعي الطالب المعلم بأبعاد الأمن القومي، وهي: المجتمع والخصوصية الثقافية- ريادة الأعمال والنمو الاقتصادي- التغيرات المناخية- الأمن والسلامة الوطنية- القانون الدولي الإنساني.
|b The teacher is the most important element in the success of any educational system, and therefore he must be qualified and prepared according to the data of global changes to ensure the achievement of national security. The research aims to shed light on the most prominent global changes (such as successive economic crises, political and military challenges, economic and cultural challenges, climate changes, and technical and scientific challenges). ) and its implications for Egyptian national security in its various dimensions (economic - political - military - cultural - social - environmental - technological - informational - scientific), as well as an analysis of the reality of teacher preparation (in light of The Unified Regulations for The General Diploma Program) to enhance National Security in light of these challenges The research used the mixed method, where the quantitative and qualitative approaches were combined, and a questionnaire was used directed to general diploma students (numbering 161 male and female students) enrolled in some Egyptian universities (Helwan - Cairo - Ain Shams - Zagazig - Banha - Aswan - Fayoum) in the first semester of the academic year 2023/2024, The Unified Regulations for The General Diploma Program in Education, approved by the Educational Studies Sector of the Supreme Council of Universities, were applied to them. The content of this Regulation was also analyzed to determine the extent to which it addresses the research variables The research reached the importance of teacher preparation and training as an entry point to strengthening Egyptian national security and the challenges it threatens. The research also showed that there are some efforts made in preparing the Egyptian teacher to make him aware of the concept of national security and its dimensions. An analysis of the content of the Unified Regulation document resulted in its interest in developing some dimensions of national security and its neglect of others. The field application also resulted in several results, including high rates of agreement of the research sample on their benefit from the courses taught in the first semester in developing the sample members’ awareness of some dimensions of national security in particular. The technological and information dimension, as well as a high percentage of their agreement on the proposed courses that were proposed to be studied later to develop the student teacher’s awareness of the dimensions of national security, which are: society and cultural privacy - entrepreneurship and economic growth - climate change - national security and safety - international humanitarian law. The research presented several proposals that should be taken into consideration in modifying teacher preparation programs (sequential and integrative).
