المستخلص: الأسرة المؤسسة الأولى التي تتولى مسئولية حماية رعاية الأطفال، ولاسيما الأطفال ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة الذين في حاجة دائمًا إلى تربية خاصة توفر لهم الخدمات الاجتماعية والتعليمية والاقتصادية لكى يندمجون داخل مجتمعهم؛ لذا تلعب الأسرة دور فعالا في رعاية هؤلاء الأطفال وتأهيلهم وتنمية مهاراتهم الخاصة التي تميزهم عن غيرهم، وتساعد في اكتشاف مواهبهم، من خلال آليات وأساليب خاصة يعتمد عليها الآباء والأمهات في تنشئة هؤلاء الأطفال، ولكى تكون تلك الأساليب التربوية ذات فاعلية لابد أن توائم نوع إعاقة الطفل وتشبع موهبته؛ لذلك تؤثر خصائص الأسرة في القيام بدورها في رعاية الطفل المعاق كما تؤثر في قدرتها على اختيار أسلوب التربية الملائم لنمو موهبته؛ وفى ظل اهتمام مؤسسات الدولة والمجتمع المحلي بمواهب الأطفال ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة وتنميتها والحرص على تقديم الدعم لأسر هؤلاء الأطفال لرعاية مواهبهم المختلفة، تحاول الورقة العلمية تسليط الضوء على تداعيات تعاون الدولة والمجتمع المدني مع الأسرة في اكتشاف مواهب الأطفال من ذوي الإعاقة ودمجمهم في مجالات الحياة المتنوعة التي تنمى مواهبهم؛ من خلال الإجابة عن التساؤلات التالية: 1- ما أهمية دور الأسرة في رعاية أطفالها ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة الموهوبين ودعمهم؟ ٢- ما أهم أساليب التنشئة الأسرية التي يتبعها الآباء والأمهات لتنمية مواهب أطفالهم ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة؟ 3-ما تأثير الخصائص الاجتماعية والاقتصادية والبيئية للأسرة في إبراز مواهب أطفالها من ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة، وتنميتها؟ 4- ما دور كل من الدولة والمنظمات المجتمعية والإعلامية في توعية الأسرة بأهمية رعاية ودعم مواهب أطفالها ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة؟

The family is considered the first institution which bears the responsibility for protecting children especially children with special needs as the always need special education that provides them with social, educational and economic services which are required for integrating them within their society. Therefore, the family is playing an effective role in protecting these children, rehabilitating them, developing their special skills that distinguish them than others, it also help them to discover their talents through special mechanisms and methods which had approved by parents in upbringing those children. In order to make the educational methods more effective, you must match the type of child's disability and the extent of his talent. Thus the characteristics of the family in its role affect protecting the disabled child and it also affects in the ability of choosing the appropriate parenting method required for the growth of his talent. Based on the interest of state institutions and the local community with the talents of children with special needs, developing them and submitting the support to the of these children to protect and care their various talents, the research tries to shed the light on the implications of state and civil society cooperation with the family in discovering the talents of children with disabilities and integrating them in the various fields of life which develop their talents by answering the following questions:- 1–What is the family’s role in protecting their talented children with special needs and supporting them? 2–What are the most important methods of family upbringing that followed by parents for developing the talents of their talented children with special needs? 3- What is the impact of the social, economic and environmental characteristics of the family on highlighting and developing the talents of its children with special needs? 4-What is the role of the state, community and media organizations in the awareness of family with the importance of protecting and supporting the talents of children with special needs?
