المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على طبيعة المشكلات التي تواجه مؤسسات رياض الأطفال المصرية، ودراسة واقع المشكلات التي تواجه مؤسسات رياض الأطفال بمحافظة أسوان، ومحاولة تقديم رؤية مستقبلية للتغلب على بعض مشكلات مؤسسات رياض الأطفال بمحافظة أسوان في ضوء أبعاد المنظمة المتعلمة، وتم اختيار عينة من مؤسسات رياض الأطفال بمحافظة أسوان بمختلف الإدارات التعليمية لتطبيق أدوات الدراسة الميدانية (المقابلات الشخصية واستبيان من إعداد الباحث)، واستخدم المنهج الوصفي لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، وطبقت أداة الدراسة على عينة من مديري ومديرات ومعلمات رياض الأطفال عددهم (۱۳۸) فردا، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج، أهمها ما يلي: تخضع بعض من مؤسسات رياض الأطفال لإدارة بعض المدارس الابتدائية، ضعف مشاركة الأطفال في الأنشطة المختلفة، قلة توافر مكان مناسب للعب، يوجد مشكلات تعليمية متعلقة بالفهم والاستيعاب والقدرة على النقاش والمشاركة والحوار، هناك ضعف في تعاون أولياء الأمور مع الروضة، حرص عينة الدراسة على ضرورة اهتمام الروضة بوضع رؤية مشتركة وفلسفة واضحة لمواجهة المشكلات والالتزام الجماعي للأفراد بتحقيقها، حرص عينة الدراسة على ضرورة قيام إدارة الروضة بإتباع المنهج العلمي في حل المشكلات. وانتهت الدراسة بتقديم رؤية مستقبلية للتغلب على بعض مشكلات مؤسسات رياض الأطفال بمحافظة أسوان في ضوء أبعاد المنظمة المتعلمة مستندة على فلسفة ومنطلقات وأسس وأهداف وإجراءات وضمانات واجب توافرها لنجاح تلك الرؤية المقترحة.

The study aimed to identify the nature of the problems facing Egyptian kindergarten institutions, study the reality of the problems facing kindergarten institutions in Aswan Governorate, and attempt to present a future vision to overcome some of the problems of kindergarten institutions in Aswan Governorate in light of the dimensions of the learning organization. A sample of kindergarten institutions was selected of Children in Aswan Governorate in various educational departments to apply field study instruments (personal interviews and a questionnaire prepared by the researcher). The descriptive approach was used to achieve the aims of the study. The study instrument was applied to a sample of (138) individuals from male and female kindergarten directors and teachers. The study reached a set of results, The most important of which are the following: some kindergarten institutions are under the management of some primary schools, weak participation of children in various activities, lack of a suitable place to play, there are educational problems related to understanding, comprehension and the ability to discuss, participate and dialogue, there is a weakness in parents’ cooperation with the kindergarten, keenness The study sample stressed the need for the kindergarten to be interested in developing a common vision and a clear philosophy to confront problems and the collective commitment of individuals to achieving them. The study sample emphasized the need for the kindergarten administration to follow the scientific method in solving problems. The study concluded by presenting a future vision for overcoming some of the problems of kindergarten institutions in Aswan Governorate in light of the dimensions of the learning organization, based on the philosophy, starting points, foundations, goals, procedures, and guarantees that must be available for the success of this proposed vision.
