المستخلص: في ضوء أهمية دلالة تعليقات المستخدمين بالمنصات الرقمية الاجتماعية، باعتبارها مساحات مؤثرة في تشكيل الرأي العام، هدفت الدراسة إلى استكشاف السمات الدلالية لتعليقات مستخدمي المنصات الاجتماعية إزاء الحرب الروسية الأوكرانية؛ وذلك بالتطبيق على عينة عمدية من تعليقات المستخدمين الواردة على قصص الفيديو التي نشرتها كل من صفحات قنائي (الحرة الأمريكية وروسيا اليوم) الموجهتين بالعربية عبر فيسبوك، خلال شهر مايو لعام ۲۰۲۳م، في ضوء الاعتماد على نظرية المجال العام، ومنهج المسح الإعلامي، وتوظيف أداة تحليل المضمون؛ لاستقراء السمات التي قدمتها تعليقات المستخدمين بشأن القوى الفاعلة بالقصص عينة الدراسة، ومسارات البرهنة التي استندوا إليها لاستخراج الحجج في طروحاتهم بشأن الحرب. وانتهت الدراسة إلى أن ساحات التعليق على الصفحتين محل الدراسة أتاحت فرصا متساوية للمشاركة في النقاش دون استبعاد أراء أو وجهات نظر معينة، والتي اتضحت بظهور تنوع في مواقف أصحاب التعليقات إزاء الحرب الروسية الأوكرانية، وإن غلب عليها عدم صراحتها، وعدم ظهور دلائل تشير إلى فرض أي من الصفحتين المعايير التقييد في التعليقات؛ بعدم حذف البعض منها؛ والذي استخدم ألفاظا متجاوزة أو نابية. كما أشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى افتقاد أغلب أصحاب التعليقات في كلا الصفحتين تدعيم وجهات نظرهم بحجج وبراهين إقناعيه تؤكد صحة طرحها ودلالتها، والتي غلب عليها سمة العاطفة والانفعال، بتركيز أصحاب التعليقات على التعبير عن المشاعر والأحاسيس في طروحاتهم، بدلا من تقديم تحليلات أو شواهد وأدلة موضوعية؛ بما قد يعكس حالة من افتقار التفكير النقدي والتفاعلية لديهم؛ قد تشير إلى حالة من صعوبة المشاركة لدى المستخدمين في نقاشات جادة وبناءة حول أحداث الحرب، قد يسمح بانتشار المعلومات المضللة والخطابات الساخرة والمتطرفة إزاءها.

In light of the importance of the implications of user comments on digital social platforms, as they are influential spaces in shaping public opinion, the study aimed to explore the semantic features of user comments on social media platforms regarding the Russian-Ukrainian war; this was applied to a deliberate sample of user comments on the video stories published by the pages of the (American Alhurra and Russia Today) channels directed in Arabic via Facebook, during the month of May 2023, in light of the reliance on the theory of the public sphere, the media survey methodology, and the use of the content analysis tool; to extrapolate the features that user comments provided regarding the active forces in the stories of the study sample, and the paths of reasoning that they relied on; to extract the arguments in their theses about the war. The study concluded that the comment spaces on the two pages under study provided equal opportunities for participation in the discussion without excluding any opinions or viewpoints. This was evident in the appearance of a diversity of positions among the commenters regarding the Russian-Ukrainian war, although they were mostly ambiguous. There were no signs indicating that either page- imposed restrictions on comments; they did not delete any comments that used offensive or vulgar language. The study results also indicated that most of the commenters on both pages lacked support for their viewpoints with persuasive arguments that confirm the validity of their presentation and significance. These viewpoints were mostly characterized by emotion and excitement, with commenters focusing on expressing emotions and feelings in their presentations, instead of providing analyses, evidence, or objective evidence; this may reflect a lack of critical thinking and interactivity on their part; it may indicate a state of difficulty for users to participate in serious and constructive discussions about the events of the war, which may allow for the spread of misinformation and satirical and extremist discourse about it.
