المستخلص: يتعرض العالم في الآونة الأخيرة إلى تحولات جذرية في تطور تكنولوجيا الاتصال الرقمي ومنح العديد من الفرص لنمو تقنيات الاتصال من خلال استثمار الإمكانات التكنولوجية لخدمات الإنترنت التي أصبحت نقطة التواصل الأولية بين الأفراد والمؤسسات على السواء، مما أدى إلى إلغاء كافة الحواجز الجغرافية والزمنية والمادية في كافة أنحاء العالم، حتى بات من السهل إنجاز المهام بأقصى سرعة وبأقل تكلفة ممكنة، وأصبحت التكنولوجيا الرقمية جزءا أساسيا من الحياة اليومية. لحق النشر العلمي هذه التطورات الهائلة في مجال تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال حيث ساهمت البحوث العلمية المنشورة في تقنيات الاتصال والتي تحتوي على العديد من الاكتشافات وبراءات الاختراع ضمن طياتها، حيث يعد النشر العلمي من المهام الرئيسة التي ترتكز عليها الجامعات ومراكز البحوث العلمية وهو ثمرة البحث العلمي الرصين المنضبط المواكب المستجدات العصر الحديث والمنتج لها. وفي الوقت الراهن توجد محاولات حثيثة لمواجهة المشكلات والتحديات التي تواجه النشر العلمي والباحثين مع الزيادة الهائلة في تكنولوجيا المعلومات، أنتجت هذه التطورات أساليب وتقنيات جديدة قادرة على مواجهة هذه المشكلات والعمل على حلها قدر المستطاع مما يعطي قدرا من الإنصاف للباحثين والناشرين في مجال البحث العلمي، وتعد تقنية البلوك تشين Blockchain أحد أهم الحلول المستخدمة مؤخرا في ضبط وتنظيم دورة النشر العلمي بين الباحث ومحكمي البحوث العلمية والناشرين للتغلب على المشكلات التي تواجه الباحثين في نشر بحوثهم العلمية. تهدف المراجعة العلمية إلى استعراض التطور التاريخي لهذه التقنية ومفاهيمها وارتباطاتها الموضوعية والفرص والتحديات التي تواجهها بالإضافة إلى الخدمات التي تطرحها في الخريطة الرقمية لكافة مناحي الحياة، وتوصلت المراجعة إلى عدة نتائج أهمها: بلغت نسبة التسجيلات التي تم استرجاعها باللغة العربية نحو ١١,٣٥%، بينما بلغت نسبة عدد التسجيلات المسترجعة باللغة الإنجليزية نحو ٨٨,٦٥٪، كما رصدت الدراسة الإنتاج الفكري المتعلق بموضوع تقنية البلوك تشين وأوجه استثمارها في النشر العلمي والذي وصل إلى ٦٨ تسجيلة.

The world has recently been undergoing radical transformations in the development of digital communication technology and giving many opportunities for the growth of communication technologies by investing in the technological capabilities of Internet services, which has become the primary point of communication between individuals and institutions alike, which has led to the elimination of all geographical, time and physical barriers around the world, so that it is easy to accomplish tasks as quickly as possible and at the lowest possible cost, and digital technology has become an essential part of daily life. Scientific publishing has these tremendous developments in the field of information and communication technology, where scientific research published in communication technologies has contributed, which contains many discoveries and patents within them, as scientific publishing is one of the main tasks on which universities and scientific research centers are based, and it is the fruit of sober and disciplined scientific research that keeps pace with the developments of the modern era and produces them. At present, there are unremitting attempts to face the problems and challenges facing scientific publishing and researchers with the tremendous increase in information technology, these developments have produced new methods and techniques capable of facing these problems and working to solve them as much as possible, which gives a degree of fairness to researchers and publishers in the field of scientific research, and blockchain technology is one of the most important solutions used recently in controlling and organizing the scientific publishing cycle between the researcher and the arbitrator Scientific research and publishers to overcome the problems facing researchers in publishing their scientific research. The scientific review aims to review the historical development of this technology, its concepts, objective links, opportunities and challenges, in addition to the services it presents in the digital map of all aspects of life, and the review reached several results, the most important of which are: The percentage of recordings retrieved in Arabic was about 11.35%, while the percentage of the number of recorded recordings retrieved in English was about 88.65%, and the study monitored production Intellectual related to the subject of blockchain technology and its investment in scientific publishing, which reached 68 records.
