|a ترجع أهمية دراسة موضوع الأداء المهني للأخصائيين الاجتماعيين العاملين بالمؤسسات الإيوائية إلى ضرورة تحقيق نوع من الاستبصار الذاتي حول المنتج الذي تقدمه كليات الخدمة الاجتماعية وهو الأخصائي الاجتماعي. وتسعي هذه الدراسة إلى تحقيق هدف رئيسي وهو: وضع تصور تخطيطي لتطوير الأداء المهني للأخصائيين الاجتماعيين بالمؤسسات الإيوائية، وقد اعتمدت الدراسة وفقا لنوعها وأهدافها على منهج المسح الاجتماعي. ومن أبرز نتائج هذه الدراسة: توصلت إلى تصور تخطيطي يمكن من خلاله تطوير الأداء المهني للأخصائيين الاجتماعيين بالمؤسسات الايوائية، ويمكن تحقيق ذلك من خلال المؤشرات التخطيطية التالية: (أ) المقوم المعرفي: يشتمل علي؛ التدريب على الخطوات العلمية المقننة في حل مشكلات نزلاء المؤسسات الإيوائية. (ب) المقوم المهاري: يشتمل علي؛ التدريب على الاستفادة من إمكانيات وموارد المجتمع المحلي لخدمة المؤسسة. (ج) المقوم القيمي: يشتمل على التدريب على احترام كرامة ومشاعر نزلاء المؤسسة.
|b The importance of studying the issue of the professional performance of social workers working in residential institutions is due to the need to achieve a kind of self-insight about the product provided by social work colleges, which is the social worker. This study seeks to achieve a main objective, which is: Measuring the Establishing a planning vision to develop the professional performance of social workers in residential institutions., The study, according to its type and objectives, relied on the social survey method. The results of the study The study reached a planning conception through which the professional performance of social workers in residential institutions can be developed, and this can be achieved through the following planning indicators: (a) The cognitive component: includes; Training on legalized scientific steps in solving the problems of inmates of residential institutions. (B) The skill index: includes; Training to take advantage of the capabilities and resources of the local community to serve the institution. (C) The value component: includes; Training to respect the dignity of the institution’s inmates and not to harm their feelings.
