المستخلص: يتناول هذا البحث قضية الاستثناء المنقطع في القرآن الكريم دراسة تفسيرية؛ بتعريفه وتوضيحه، وبيان فائدته، وأنه لابد من سر من أجله عبر بالاستثناء المنقطع ولم يعبر بـ (لكن)، وجمع مواضعه في القرآن الكريم وبيانها وذكر أسرار التعبير عن المعنى بالاستثناء المنقطع في كل موضع منها والذي فيه استثناء ما هو خارج عن المستثنى منه؛ مع ذكر ما يقرر ذلك من كلام العلماء القيم، وذكر لطائف وأسرار في تلك الآيات، وقد خلص البحث إلى أن الاستثناء المنقطع الذي تعريفه: ألا يكون المستثنى بعض المستثنى منه، أو يكون بعضه إلا أن معنى العامل غير متوجه عليه يصح تقدير معنى (إلا) بـ (لكن)، ولكن المراد الاستثناء بـ (إلا) وليس الاستدراك بـ (لكن)؛ ففي العدول عن (لكن)- إلى الاستثناء حكمة وأسرار، وفي التعبير عن المعنى بالاستثناء المنقطع الذي فيه استثناء ما هو خارج عن المستثنى منه سر ومناسبة، بها صح ذلك الاستثناء وحسن، ذلك السر هو أن المستثنى أقيم مقام ما هو من المستثنى منه، أو كان ينبغي أن يقوم مقامه، أو كان بصحبته فصار كأنه منه وعد منه، أو تشابه معه في الظاهر، أو توهم دخوله فيه، فيأتي الاستثناء مخرجا ذلك المستثنى مما قدر دخوله فيه أو توهم، ويظهر ذلك في كل موضع من مواضع الاستثناء المنقطع في القرآن الكريم، هذا، إلى جانب أن التعبير بالاستثناء المنقطع يفيد تأكيد العموم وأن الحكم شامل للمستثنى منه ولكل أفراده وما هو مندرج تحته؛ حتى إنه لم يستثن من المستثنى منه إلا ما هو خارج عنه، وبهذا يتبين أن التعبير بالاستثناء المنقطع له بلاغته وأسراره، وليس معناه (لكن)، وإلا لعبر بها، كما عبر بها في مواضع، وأن صح أن يقدر المعنى بـ (لكن)، لكن البلاغة في التعبير بالاستثناء المنقطع في هذه المواضع، وهو المقصود، وكل تعبير في القرآن الكريم مقصود وعلى أعلى درجات الدقة والبلاغة.

This research handles the issue of discontinued exception in the Holy Qur'an as an interpretive study through defining, clarifying, and highlighting the benefit of discontinued exception. There must be a secret beyond utilizing discontinued exception rather than utilizing (but). The research traces the places of discontinued exception in the Holy Qur'an and displays the secrets of introducing meaning using discontinued exception in each stance where exception is related to what is excluded from it with reference to what emphasizes this attitude in the valuable sayings of scholars revealing the secrets of those verses. The research has found out that the discontinued exception which is defined as the exception can't be a part of the excluded from unless the working meaning is directed to it. Then the meaning of (unless) becomes like (but) whereas what is meant by the exception is using (unless) not (but) since refraining from (but) into exception has its objectives and secrets. Expressing meaning using discontinued exception where exception is concerned with what is excluded has its secret and occasion which improve and authenticate that exception. Hence, the secret becomes clear as the exception replaces the excluded from or it should have so, accompanied by it till it becomes a part of it, considered so, looks apparently like it or confusedly misconceived in it. Therefore, exception constitutes a way out for that exception from illusion or confusion. Such conception is evident in all places of exception in the Holy Qur'an. Moreover, Utilizing the discontinued exception confirms the generality and the rule includes what is excluded from and all the like. Accordingly, utilizing the discontinued exception has its rhetoric, secrets rather the meaning of (but) otherwise it would utilize it in other places. In fact, the meaning becomes true through using (but) but the poetics of expression lies in using the discontinued exception in such places. and its insertion is deliberate as each expression in the Holy Qur'an is meant and it is highly accurate and eloquent.
