المستخلص: يهدف هذا البحث إلى بيان منهج الحافظ أبي نعيم الفضل بن دكين في الجرح والتعديل، وقد اتبعت في هذا البحث المنهج (الاستقرائي التحليلي) وتوصلت إلى النتائج التالية: ممن يعتمد قوله في الجرح والتعديل، وحدث عنه البخاري كثيرا في (الصحيح): الحافظ الإمام شيخ الإسلام، أبو نعيم الفضل بن دكين الكوفي (ت: ۲۱۹ هـ)- رحمه الله -، وهو حافظ حجة، فيه تشيع خفيف، وتدليس نادر، وكان الحافظ أبو نعيم بن دكين- رحمه الله- خبيرا بالرجال أسمائهم وأنسابهم وألقابهم ومواليدهم ووفياتهم، وأحوالهم جرحا وتعديلا، واعتمد أقواله في ذلك أئمة المحدثين، وبالاستقراء والحصر لمن من تكلم فيهم الحافظ أبو نعيم بن دكين بالجرح والتعديل بلغ عددهم: تسعة وأربعون (٤٩) راويا، (٢٥) مجروحين، (٢٤) معدلين، ووافق الحافظ أبو نعيم بن دكين في معظم أقواله في التعديل جمهور الأئمة، وخالفهم في كثير من أقواله في الجرح، فهو من المعتدلين في التعديل، من المتشددين في الجرح، وعبارات التعديل عند الحافظ أبي نعيم بن دكين تشملها مراتب خمسة هي: (ما أتى بصيغة أفعل مبالغة في التوثيق- ما كرر في التوثيق مع تباين الألفاظ -إفراد لفظ التوثيق، أو الوصف بالحفظ- ما دل على التعديل مع خفة الضبط- ما أشعر بالقرب من أسهل التجريح)، وعبارات الجرح عند الحافظ أبي نعيم بن دكين تشملها مراتب أربعة هي: (التليين-التضعيف- الترك- الرمي بالكذب)، ومن منهج الحافظ أبي نعيم بن دكين في الجرح والتعديل: (الجرح بالبدعة- الحكم على الراوي من خلال سبر أحاديثه- توقيه في الرواية عن المدلسين والمختلطين والضعفاء)، وأكثر من تكلم فيهم الحافظ أبو نعيم الفضل بن دكين، جرحا من هم في درجة الضعيف المعتبر، وأكثر من ذكرهم بالتعديل، من يحسن حديثهم. وأقترح العناية بمثل هذه الدراسة من بيان جهود أئمة المحدثين في الجرح والتعديل.

The present research aims at clarifying the approach of Al- Hafez Abi Noaim Al- Fadle Bin Dukeen concerning amendment and modification. Th research has applied the analytical and inductive approaches. by the end of the research, the researcher has referred to the most important findings. For example, Al- Hafez, the Imam, the scholar of Islam, Abu Noaim Al- Fadle Bin Dukeen (died in 219 A.H.) May Allah Have Mercy on him, is one of those whose sayings concerning amendments and modifications are accredited. In addition, Al- Bukhari handled him a lot in his well-known book the Sahih. Al- Hafez himself is an authority in the field of Hadith, slightly siding with Shiism and rarely described as fraudulent. Al- Hafez Abu Noaim Bin Dukeen, May Allah Have Mercy on him, was an expert of the men of Hadith, their names, their linage, their titles, their birthdates and dates of death, their conditions regarding amendments and modification. His sayings were accredited afterwards by the scholars of Hadith. By examining and counting those who Abu Dukeen handled during the process of amendment and modification they counted around forty- nine narrators, twenty- five amended and twenty- four modified. A great deal of Al- Hafez Abu Noaim Bin Dukeen's sayings were in accordance with what most scholars said. However, Bin Dukeen disagreed with the scholars concerning the amendment and modification. He was known moderate as for the modification but stringent regarding amendment. The statements utilized by Bin Dukeen along the process of modification include five levels: (the first comes in the form of 'I do', an exaggerated form of documentation. Second, what has been repeated during documentation paying attention to the varied utterances. Third, uniquely describing the word of documentation or description as preserved/ saved. Fourth, what refers to modification with lenient control. Fifth, how one would feel close to identify amendments easily). In addition, Al- Hafez Abu Noaim Bin Dukeen has utilized four- leveled statements of amendment and they include (softening, weakening, abandoning, and accusing of lies). It is characteristic of Al- Hafez Abu Noaim Bin Dukeen's approach to amend by heresy, judging a narrator along the course of his Hadiths, being cautious along the chain of transmission about the spoiled, the mixed and the weak). The category considered weak is the one that received a great deal of Al- Hafez Abu Noaim Al- Fadle Bin Dukeen's speech whereas those whose speech was improved were the most stated in his modifications. The researcher has recommended this study as it highlights the efforts exerted the Imams of Hadith in the field of amendment and modification.
