المستخلص: تعد القواعد في كل فن بمثابة القوانين والمعايير الضابطة لمجاله وموضوعاته. والقواعد الفقهية إحدى تلك النظم التي ابتكرها الفقهاء نصا واستنباطا، فاستطاعوا من خلالها لململة أحكام شتى في قالب صياغي واحد، يضبط الشتات، ويعين على الاستنباط والاستيلاد. ومن أعظم وظائف الدنيا وأخطرها، وظيفة إمام المسجد، بما ميزه الله تعالى من الوقوف في موقف رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم، وما حباه من مكانة عالية بدء مما خصه به من التقدم بين يدي الناس وقيادهم في الصلوات، مرورا بمكانته في نفوسهم دينيا ومجتمعيا، مما جعل منه معين تزود معرفي، وقبلة توم بالسؤال وتقصد بالاستشارة، كلما ازداد في علمه وصدق في نصحه. فحري بمن كان كذلك، أن يعتنى برسم وتفصيل الأحكام المتعلقة بعمله، بل وضبط علاقاته الإدارية والدينية داخل المسجد وفق القواعد ذات العلاقة، وصولا إلى تطبيقاتها المعاصرة في ظل ما استجد في حياة الناس وشؤونهم. وقد اقتصر الباحث على تسع قواعد، تحت كل قاعدة منها تعريف موجز بها، ثم عرض لأهم تطبيقاتها العصرية، ذاكرا توجيهات وأحكاما من واقع معايشته الشخصية في هذه الوظيفة لأكثر من خمس عشرة سنة بحمد الله تعالى، مستعملا في ذلك المنهج الوصفي، المنضوي تحته الأدوات التالية: المقارنة والتدليل والتحليل والاستنباط والترجيح. وقد اتخذ الشكل النهائي لخطة البحث بعد مقدمة ومدخل موجز، فصلين وخاتمة، الأول: في التعريف بمصطلحات العنوان، والثاني: في إيراد قواعد فقهية منظمة لعمل إمام المسجد وتطبيقاتها المعاصرة.

In every art, the rules constitute the laws and standards governing the field and its subjects. Jurisprudential rules represent one of the disciplines jurists devised in text and deduction. Through those rules, the jurists managed to collect various provisions into a single drafting template that controls various matters, assists deduction and assimilation. One of the greatest jobs in the world and most dangerous as well is that of the Imam of the mosque. The Imam of the mosque is distinguished with what Almighty Allah Has bestowed on him since the Imam stands in place of the Messenger of Allah (May God’s prayers and peace be upon him) and he is also endowed with a high position starting from being singled out in front of people leading them in prayers. In addition, the Imam enjoys a great position in the hearts of his people and in his society. Such position turns him into a fertile source of knowledge and an outstanding destination for anyone having questions or consultations related to our religion. The more the Imam's knowledge increases, the more he becomes sincere while introducing his advice. Therefore, the one who is ever like that should take care of shaping and detailing the provisions related to his work. Besides, he should discipline his administrative and religious relations inside the mosque according to the relevant rules leading to their contemporary applications considering what is new in people’s lives and affairs. The researcher has confined this research to nine rules. After each rule, there is a related concise definition then there is a display of its most important modern applications with reference to directives and provisions extracted from the researcher's real personal experience in this job for more than fifteen years. Praise be to Almighty Allah. The research has applied the descriptive approach including the following tools: comparison, demonstration, analysis, deduction, and preponderance. The final form of the research plan contains an introduction, a preamble, two chapters and a conclusion. The first chapter handles the definitions of the terms included in the title whereas the second chapter demonstrates jurisprudential rules organizing the work of the Imam of the mosque and their contemporary applications.
