|a حاولت هذه الدراسة التعرف على تفسير النظريات الاجتماعية (النظرية الاجتماعية النقدية، والنظرية التعددية، ونظرية أصحاب المصالح، ونظرية الاختيار العقلاني، ونظرية الأنشطة الروتينية، ونظرية التحديث، ونظرية النظام العالمي) للأبعاد الديمقراطية للحكومة الإلكترونية، وتحديد النظرية التي تصلح كتوجه نظري للباحثين، وذلك من خلال الاعتماد على المنهج التحليلي النقدي. وأسفرت الدراسة عن أن نظرية أصحاب المصالح هي النظرية الأنسب كتوجه نظري لدراسة موضوع الأبعاد الديمقراطية للحكومة الإلكترونية، نظرا لأن هذه النظرية لم تركز على بعد معين، وأنها شملت كافة الأبعاد الديمقراطية.
|b This study attempted to identify the interpretation of social theories (critical social theory, pluralist theory, stakeholder theory, rational choice theory, routine activities theory, modernization theory, and global system theory) for the democratic dimensions of e-government, and to identify the theory that serves as a theoretical orientation for re-searchers, from By relying on the critical analytical method. The study concluded that the theory of stakeholders is the most appropriate theory as a theoretical direction for studying the subject of the democratic dimensions of e-government, since this theory did not focus on a specific dimension, and it included all democratic dimensions.
