The Covid-19 pandemic is a crisis of unprecedented world scope in human history that requires a global response. Only a multilateral approach, within the framework of cooperation and solidarity between countries, can deal with such a threat. The world society postulate, which is admitted in the international relation framework, presupposes the regulation in a "world-system". Thus, The multifaceted complexity of the globalization phenomenon reveals the dialectical existence of two tendencies: the first is that of solidarity and unification, while the other refers to the idea that the world has become a space of conflict. In this context, this paper aims to illuminate the relationship between the health crises' emergence, the ecological disorder and the reactions of state actors to the rise of economic and political interests in international relation framework. The aim of this contribution is to shed light on the relationship between the emergence of health crises and ecological disorder and the reactions of state actors to the surge in economic and political interests in the context of international relations.
La pandémie du Covid-19 est une crise de portée mondiale sans précédent dans l'histoire humaine à laquelle il faudrait une réponse globale. Seule une approche multilatérale, dans le cadre de la coopération et de la solidarité entre pays, pourrait faire face à une menace de ce genre. Le postulât de société mondiale admis dans le cadre des relations internationales présuppose la régulation dans un "système-monde". La complexité protéiforme du phénomène de la mondialisation révèle, donc, l'existence dialectique de deux tendances: la première est celle de solidarité et d'unification, alors que l'autre renvoie à l'idée selon laquelle le monde est devenu un espace conflictuel. L'objectif de cette contribution est d'éclairer la relation entre l'apparition des crises sanitaires, le désordre écologique et les réactions des acteurs étatiques face à la montée en flèche des intérêts économiques et politiques dans le cadre des relations internationales.
