المستخلص: يتناول هذا البحث رواية الصبي المميز من الصحابة عن النبي صلي الله عليه وسلم مع ذكر نماذج تطبيقية من الكتب الستة ومسند الإمام أحمد، ورد فيها التصريح بالسماع المباشر من النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم، ويهدف إلى بيان رأي المحدثين والأصوليين في رواية الصبي المميز الحديث، وإثبات صحة رواية صغار الصحابة عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم إذا قامت قرينة على صدقهم وضبطهم لما حفظوا، وأن الأئمة أخرجوا رواياتهم في شتى أبواب الدين، وأن هؤلاء الصحابة كان لهم أثر في حفظ كثير من السنن عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم. وقد اتبعت في هذا البحث المنهج الاستقرائي التحليلي، وتوصلت من خلاله إلى عدة نتائج من أهمها: أن أحوال الصبي تختلف من زمان لزمان، ومن بيئة لبيئة ومن شخص لآخر، أن ضابط التمييز هو جودة العقل وحسن الفهم وليس السن، عناية الأصوليين بعلوم الحديث، ودراسة كثير من مسائله دراسة تفصيلية، أن كثيرا من متأخري المحدثين نقلوا آراء الأصوليين في بعض مسائل المصطلح، ولم يميزوا بين رأي المحدثين والأصوليين، أن صغار الصحابة كان لهم أثر واضح في الرواية وفي حفظ كثير من السنن عن النبي صلي الله عليه وسلم، أن رواية الصبي المميز من الصحابة عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم مقبولة وإن أدى قبل البلوغ إذا قامت قرينة على ضبطه وصدقه.

This research studies the transmission of the distinguished youth of the prophet's (Peace be upon him) companions together with applied examples taken from the six books of Hadith and the Musnad of Imam Ahmad in which listening directly from prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) is stated. The present research aims at discussing the views of Hadith scholars and the fundamentalists regarding the transmission of Hadiths by the distinguished youth of the prophet's companions proving the soundness of transmission performed by the youthful companions when there is evidence of their credibility and control over what they have memorized. In addition, the Imams have authenticated their transmissions in all sections of religion and those companions have their influence upon safeguarding a lot of Sunnah practices inherited from Prophet Muhammad peace be upon him. The research has applied the inductive and analytical approaches which have led to some findings. For example, the circumstances of youth differ from time to time, from place to place and from one person into another. Moreover, the criterion of distinction is the quality of the mind and good perception not age. The fundamentalists give due interest to Hadith sciences and studying a lot of its issues in details. A great deal of modern scholars of Hadith transmitted the views of the fundamentalists regarding some issues of the concept and they have not differentiated between the views of Hadith scholars and the fundamentalists. The young companions of prophet Muhammad peace be upon him had a clear influence upon the transmission and safeguarding the Sunnah practices. The transmission of the distinguished youth of the prophet's companions is acceptable even if it took place before adulthood since there is evidence of his credibility and discipline.
