|a هدفت الدراسة إلى التخطيط لجامعات العمر الثالث لتعزيز العدالة التربوية بمصر، وذلك من خلال التعرف على مفهوم جامعات العمر الثالث ونماذجها الدولي، والأسس الفلسفة للعدالة التربوية، والكشف عن متطلبات إنشاء جامعات العمر الثالث بمصر، ووضع رؤية مقترحة لتطبيق جامعات العمر الثالث لتحقيق العدالة التربوية بمصر، واستخدم الباحثان في هذه الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وذلك لملائمته لموضوع الدراسة، كما قام الباحثان بتصميم استبانة للتعرف على متطلبات إنشاء جامعات العمر الثالث بمصر وتطبيقها على عينة قصدية من (١١٤) عضوا من خبراء التربية بكليات التربية بجامعات (القاهرة- بني سويف- سوهاج)، وكان من أهم نتائج الدراسة ضرورة اختيار موقع جامعة العمر الثالث بالقرب من المدن السكنية ليسهل الوصول إليه من قبل كبار السن وتصميم المبنى بشكل يراعي احتياجات المسنين، وعمل صندوق لتمويل تعليم ورعاية كبار السن أسوة ببعض الدول الأوروبية وتنويع مصادره، وتقديم مجموعة متنوعة من البرامج الأكاديمية لتلبية احتياجات واهتمامات كبار السن مع التركيز على العلوم النظرية والثقافية، وفتح مجالات للدراسات العليا (ماجستير ودكتوراه) لكبار السن بجامعات العمر الثالث، وأيضا فتح المجال للمتطوعين من ذوي الخبرة المهنية بعد سن المعاش للانضمام لفريق هيئة التدريس بتلك الجامعة.
|b The study aimed to plan for Third-Age Universities to enhance educational justice in Egypt. This involved exploring the concept of Third-Age Universities and their international models, understanding the philosophical foundations of educational justice, revealing the requirements for implementing Third-Age Universities in Egypt, and proposing a vision for their application to achieve educational justice within the country. The researchers employed a descriptive-analytical approach suitable for the study's subject. They designed a questionnaire to identify the requirements for establishing Third-Age Universities in Egypt, applying it to a purposive sample of 114 education experts from the faculties of education at Cairo, Beni-Suef, and Sohag universities. Among the most important results of the study was the necessity of choosing a location for the Third-Age University near residential cities to facilitate access for the elderly, designing the building in a way that takes into account the needs of the elderly, and creating a fund to finance the education and care of the elderly, similar to some European countries, and diversifying its sources. Also, providing a diverse group of academic programs to meet the needs and interests of the elderly with a focus on theoretical and cultural sciences, opening areas for postgraduate studies (Master's and Doctorate) for the elderly at Third- Age Universities, and also opening the field for volunteers with professional experience after retirement age to join the teaching staff at that university.
