المستخلص: قامت الدراسة حول (صور من عناية مشايخ الأزهر بصحيح الإمام البخاري)، وهي تبرز لنا جانبا من عناية الأزهر الشريف بالحديث النبوي على وجه العموم وصحيح البخاري على وجه الخصوص، ونظرا لأهمية الموضوع في بيان أن شيوخ الأزهر الشريف لم يشغلهم مسؤولية المشيخة عن نشر العلم والتصنيف فيه، وقد سلكت المنهج الوصفي الاستقرائي، وتناولت في هذه الدراسة عنايتهم بطباعة صحيح البخاري حيث أخرجوا الطبعة السلطانية، وذكرت عنايتهم بعقد المجالس الحديثية لإقراء صحيح الإمام البخاري، وتأليفهم حوله، وتصديهم في الدفاع عن صحيح البخاري، وانتهت الدراسة بخاتمة ضمنتها أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة، ومنها تنوع جهود مشايخ الأزهر حول صحيح الإمام البخاري طباعة وإقراء ومراجعة، والتصدي في الدفاع عنه، ومن أهم التوصيات ضرورة جمع تراث علماء الأزهر حول السنة، وإبراز أخبار مجالسهم الحديثية التي عقدوها، وجمع قرارات مشيخة الأزهر في الدفاع عن السنة، ثم ختمت البحث بفهرس المصادر والمراجع التي استعنت بها، وفهرس لجميع الموضوعات التي تناولتها.

This research paper demonstrates some instances of the attention directed to Imam Al- Bukhari's book of Hadith "Sahih Al- Bukhari". It also highlights the care of Al- Azhar Al- Sharif for the prophetic traditions in general and Sahih Al- Bukhari in particular. The importance of this research paper lies in its main objective as it shows how the Grand Imams of Al- Azhar Al- Sharif despite their Sheikhdom responsibility, they never give up disseminating and classifying knowledge. This research paper has applied the descriptive and inductive approaches. It focuses on the attention, of the Grand Imams of Al- Azhar, assigned to printing Sahih Al- Bukhari as they managed to produce the Sultanate Edition. They were also keen on holding Hadith councils to read Sahih Al- Bukhari, their writings about it and their defense of the book of Sahih. The conclusion of this research paper has contained the most important findings of this research. For instance, the Grand Imams of Al-Azhar exerted various efforts showing their interest in Sahih Al- Bukhari. Those efforts included printing, reading, revising and defending Sahih Al- Bukhari. Finally, this research paper has recommended to collect the heritage of Al- Azhar scholars handling the pure Sunnah. It has also recommended to shed light upon the news of Hadith councils which they held as well as collecting Al- Azhar Sheikhdom's decisions in its defense of the pure Sunnah. The research paper closes with an index of the references and sources utilized by the researcher, and another index of the topics handled along the paper.
