المستخلص: تدرس هذه الورقة موضوع الحيلة مرتبطة بالمجال السياسي. ولئن كانت الحيلة من المعاني المعروفة إلا أنها مفهوم خطير يفتقر إلى الدقة. فهي نسيج ثري بالدلالات المشحونة بالطاقة والفعل تكون جوهرها وليست مجرد مراوغة واستعمال للذكاء. والحيلة -في ارتباطها بالسياسة- فعل خطير له قدرة هائلة على تحويل الأحوال والتحكم في الأشياء والأفكار والمصائر. وهي بنية تتجلى في مستويين اثنين: الخطاب والسلوك. فالسياسي في مستوى الممارسة الكلامية خطير يتحوّل بها من مجرد نشاط تلفظي إلى فعل منجز يُحقق أهدافه. أما الحيلة السلوكية فتعبر عن ذكاء عملي للحيّال إذ يبني أفعالا على غاية من التنظيم تحكمها بنية متينة. وفي المقابل لا تخلو الحيلة من بعد جمالي. فجماليتها في الخطاب وفي السلوك دقيقة ملتبسة. ذلك أن خيطا رفيعا يفصل بين "جمالية" الحيلة و"قبحها" نظرا للطابع العملي "البراغماتي" الذي تتسم به الحيلة عموما. وهذا الجانب من البحث يقدم صورة (portrait) معنوية وأخلاقية للسياسي العربي ضاربة في التاريخ نلاحظ الكثير من تجلياتها اليوم.

The paper studies the topic of trick in relation with politics. Although the meaning of trick is commonly known, it is a dangerous concept which is actually missing pertinence. It's a fabric rich in denotations loaded with energy and action that make up its essence. It is not a simple indirection or a use of intelligence. Relating to politics, a trick is a dangerous acte wich has a gigantic capacity to transform the states and manipulate things, ideas and destinys. It is a a structure wich is apparent in two levels: the discourse and the behaviour. On the level of discourse, the politician transform trick from a simple linguistic activity to an act wich achieves its purpose. As for trick of behaviour, it expresses a practical intelligence which builds well organised acts governed by a solid structure. However, the trick is not only a structure, it is also an aesthetic dimention in the discourse as well as in the behaviour wich is hidden and ambiguous. And considering the practical aspect of trick, the separation between its aesthetic and ugliness is very delicate. This part presents a depp- routed moral and ethical portrait of the arab politician wich we can see a lot of its manifestations today.

l'article étudie le thème de la ruse liée à la politique. Et malgré que son sens est connu, elle est un concept dangereux qui manque de pertinence. C'est un tissu riche de signification chargée d'énergie et d'action qui constituent son essence, et ce n'est pas un simple détour ou usage d'intelligence. Liée a la politique, la ruse est un acte dangereux qui a une capacité gigantesque de transformer les états et manipuler les choses, les idées et les destins. Elle est une structure qui se manifeste en deux niveaux: le discours et le comportement. Au niveau de discours le politicien transforme la ruse de simple activité langagière à un acte qui réalise ses buts. Tandis que la ruse de comportement exprime une intelligence pratique du rusé qui construit des actes très organisés gouvernés par une structure solide. Mais la ruse n'est pas seulement une structure, elle possède aussi une dimension esthétique dans le discours et le comportement ténue et confuse. Et vu l'aspect pratique de la ruse la séparation entre son esthétique et son hideur est très délicate. Ce côté permet de tisser un portrait moral et éthique du politicien arabe enraciné dans l'histoire jusqu'à nos jours.
