المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على هابيتوس المرأة المعيلة في المجتمع في ضوء نظرية الجندر، السيرورة المهنية لمشروعات المرأة المعيلة، والوقوف على نظرة النساء المعيلات لذاتها ولدورها وعلاقتها بأدوار النوع الاجتماعي "الجندر"، وتحديد أهم التحديات التي تواجهها النساء المعيلات اللاتي تتعاملن مع الرجل أثناء عملهن، وأبرز تحديات النساء المعيلات داخل المنزل"، ورصد تحديات النساء المعيلات في إدارة المشاريع المقدمة إليهن من قبل المؤسسة، وتم الاستعانة بنظرية الجندر، حيث يعتبر البحث في نظرية الجندر "أمر مهم من أجل وضع موضوع الدراسة ونتائجها في السياق المناسب، وهو ما يساعد على فهم المعاني والتصنيفات التي يسهم بها المجتمع في توصيف مهنة ما على أنها ذكورية أو أنثوية، بالإضافة إلى أن البحث في هذه النظرية يعين على فهم تأثير الجندر على مهام العمل الذكورية التي تقوم بها النساء، وإدراك وتداعيات هذه المهم والمهام على هويات المرأة، وقد اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الأنثروبولوجي بأدواته المختلفة المتمثلة في الملاحظة والمقابلة من خلال تطبيق دليل العمل الميداني على (7) حالات من النساء المعيلات، ومقابلة رئيس إدارة مؤسسة حنان طايل. وأظهرت الدراسة عدة نتائج ومن أهمها أن مؤسسة حنان طايل الخيرية تقدم مساعدة الحالات في توفير متطلبات مشروعات صغيرة أو متناهية الصغر تدر دخلاً إضافياً لمساعدة الأسرة وتقدم المعونة لنجاح هذه المشاريع، وعندما تحصل المرأة المعيلة على مشروع تبذل مجهود مضاعف للتوفيق بين مسئولية الأسرة ومسئولية المشروع، ونجاح المرأة المعيلة في مشروعها يشعرها بتحقيق الذات والثقة بالنفس بعد الإحساس بالضعف والدونية، وذلك بعد ما زادت قدرتهن على التعامل مع المجتمع لإدارة مشاريعهن، وأن المرأة المعيلة صاحبة المشروع تشعر بالثقة والتمكين الاجتماعي والريادة والقيادة في الأسرة لمساعدتها في تحقيق الاستقرار الاقتصادي في أسرتها.

The study aimed to identify the habitus of the single mother supporting her household in society in the light of gender theory in addition to the professional process of the women's supporting projects, and to stand on the view of these women for themselves and their role and their relationship with the roles of social surroundings, more important in the light of gender theory. Also, to identify the most important challenges faced by working single mothers who deal with men during their work and highlighting the challenges of working women while managing their home and kids besides the challenges of managing their projects. The gender theory was adopted, as research in gender theory is important to put the subject of the study and its results in the appropriate context, which helps to understand the meanings and classifications that society contributes to a profession as masculine or feminine. In addition, the research in this theory helps to understand the impact of gender on the masculine work tasks carried out by women, and the realization and repercussions of these tasks on women's nature. Seven cases of household supporting women were interviewed in addition to a comprehensive interview with Ms. Hanan Tayel, the director of the "Hanan Tayel's Charitable Foundation". Several outcomes have been achieved, the most important of which is the progress of the Hanan Tayel's Charitable Foundation with the assistance of many cases in providing the requirements of small or micro-projects that generate additional income to help the family and provide follow up assistance for the success of these projects. The working woman who owns a project feels self-fulfillment and self-confidence after been feeling weak and inferior. She became able to deal with society and manage her project. The woman owner of the project became confident, having social empowerment, showing leadership managing her project and managing her family. Overall, she became able to achieve the targeted economic stability in her family.
