دور الموروثات الثقافية في التهميش الاجتماعي للمرأة المصرية: دراسة انثروبولوجية

المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة الموروثات الثقافية المتمثلة في الأفكار والعادات والتقاليد المسؤولة عن التمييز والفوارق والتهميش، والتعرف على تأثير القيم الثقافية والاجتماعية المتمثلة في الثقافة الذكورية والسلطة الأبوية والتنشئة الاجتماعية، كما هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على الأدوار المتعددة التي بدوها أدت إلى الصراع الثقافي مما أسهم في تعميق حالة التهميش والفوارق للمرأة، وتم الاعتماد على منهج المسح الاجتماعي بطريقة العينة، كما تم الاعتماد على بناء استمارة الاستبيان من أجل الحصول على المعلومات، إلى جانب المقابلة المتعمقة مع استخدام الملاحظة من خلال المشاهدة والمعايشة للعديد من القضايا الاجتماعية والصراعات الأسرية جراء تلك الموروثات الثقافية بحيث تنعكس على وضع المرأة وحرمانها وتهميشها اجتماعيا. كما تم تطبيق أداة الاستبيان على 200 امرأة، مع العلم بأن مجتمع البحث شبه متجانس وهذا يكون ملائما لمثل تلك البحوث، وتم اختيار العينة بالطريقة العشوائية وهو الحصول على العينة بسهولة ودون سابق تخطيط. وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن المرأة تواجه العديد من التحديات في ظل سيطرة القيم الثقافية الموروثة والمتمثلة في السيطرة الذكورية، ومن تلك التحديات تدني وضعها الاجتماعي وبالتالي ينعكس على وضعها الاقتصادي، وبتقبل المرأة لوضعها الاجتماعي الذي يحدد دورها استبعدت من سوق العمل إلا في بعض الأعمال كالتدريس والتمريض، كما أظهرت نتائج الدراسة تدنى وضع المرأة الاجتماعي مقابل الإعلاء من شأن وضع الرجل من خلال التنشئة الثقافية والاجتماعية التقليدية. وأوصت الدراسة إلى ضرورة مساعدة المرأة في تحقيق استقلالها بتعزيز القيم والأفكار التي تقوي دور المرأة ومكانتها، والمساواة في التعليم بين الإناث والذكور، والتسامح مع الإناث مثل الذكور ووضع المعايير الاجتماعية اللازمة لتحقيق ذلك.

The study aimed at learning the cultural heritages, which represented in the society ideas, customs, and traditions, which are responsible for discrimination, differentiation and marginalization of women. Also, to identify the impact of the cultural and social values defined in our society male culture, the patriarchal authority and socialization. The study also aimed at the identification of the multiple conflicted roles, which resulted in the cultural conflicts that contributed to worsening the situation of marginalization and disparities of women. The social survey method relied on the random sampling method and the construction of a questionnaire form to obtain the information. In addition, personal interviews, and simple observations, witnessing and experiencing many social problems and family conflicts because of these cultural heritages so that they are reflected in the status of women and their social deprivation and marginalization have been used in this analysis. The questionnaire tool was applied to 200 women, knowing that the research community is almost homogeneous, and this is suitable for such research objectives, and the sample was chosen by the random method that helped in obtaining the sample easily and without prior planning. The results of the study indicated that women face many challenges considering the predominance of the inherited cultural values represented in patriarchal control. These challenges include low social rank that resulted in low economic situation that forced women to accept their social status with limited availability for work in fields such as education and nursing. The results of the study proved the low social status of women compared to the high status of men through traditional cultural and social education. The study recommended the need to support and help women to achieve their independence by improving the framework of values and ideas that reinforce their role and status, and to pay more attention to the equality in education of both women and men. Also, the equality in social acceptance, tolerance and forgiveness between men and women needs to be adopted and normalized with the necessary modifications in social traditions and norms.
