|b Far from being confined to the only reductive philosophical meaning attached to the existential perspective, the notion of temporality transcends the mechanistic boundaries of lived time to take charge of a plural and pluralist perspective. This vein makes it possible to assimilate to its fair values and proportions the knots between the "objective" dimensions said to be distanced and tached from temporality and the "subjective" positions of the actors of the reports on the human rights situation translated by intentionalities., which can echo particular agendas and crystallize in their correspondence to "cyclical requirements", a fortiori, functional. At each temporality, its underlying intentionality.
|d Loin de se cantonner dans la seule signification philosophique réductrice attachée à la perspective existentielle, la notion de temporalité transcende les frontières mécanistes du temps vécu pour se charger d'une perspective plurielle et pluraliste. Cette veine permet d'assimiler à ses justes valeurs et proportions les nœuds entre les dimensions ''objectives'' dites distanciées et détachées de la temporalité et les positions ''subjectives'' des acteurs des rapports sur la situation des droits de l'homme traduite par des intentionnalités, lesquelles peuvent répondre en écho à des agendas particuliers et se cristalliser dans leur correspondance aux ''exigences conjoncturelles'', a fortiori, fonctionnelles. A chaque temporalité, son intentionnalité sous-jacente.
